Justin is the best masseuse I have had. He listens to your needs, checks in on pressure, and adjusts, if needed. I strongly recommend him. While I have only had massages here, Green Leaf offers many different services. They have two calming waiting areas with water, tea, and a nice relaxing space. Everything is very clean. 10/10 salon and spa. read more

From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcomed and taken care of. My massage therapist is here and I'm so happy I was able to follow her when she started. It levels up the experience and I love being able to go into a waiting room with water and tea and feel relaxed before my session. I have yet to try the other services but have heard wonderful things. They are on my list. Book yourself an appointment whether it's with Megan, or any of the other therapists there. You won't regret your experience. read more

Great place for massages! My mom, sister, and I had a girls day and the staff were wonderful! The only con I would say is that there wasn't a locker room with showers or anything before/after the massage. The massage itself was wonderful and would definitely recommend! read more

I scheduled a massage while staying at a nearby hotel during a conference. Travel had wrecked my back and Olivia was a great listener and worked out all of the pain points in my back and shoulders. I highly recommend if you're staying nearby. read more

We had a bachelorette spa day and enjoyed the visit immensely! Everyone was so kind and helpful getting us to appointments while our group relaxed in the lounge in between. Special call out to Fabio and Barry, but all our providers were great! If I make it to KC for another spa party, Green Leaf would be the place I would go!! Thank you for a relaxing g and enjoyable time!! read more

Took my girlfriend here for a spa day for her birthday. The salon suite is beautifully decorated and has a nice waiting area. I was offered sparkling water and they had a very pleasant staff. My girl said she was giving a free eyebrow wax for her birthday. It's a quiet space, has a great aesthetic, and their staff was top tier. Well worth the money. read more

Went for a babymoon for a couple's massage with my spouse two years ago. It was wonderful. We decided we would try to do something for a birthday, father's day, and anniversary all in one weekend. Booked another couple's massage two weeks in advance and had the entire weekend planned around going back to this location as well as staying in the interior of the city with a hotel reservation, nice restaurant, supposedly the massage. Day of- after receiving another confirmation that our appointment was confirmed- received a phone call that they had cancelled our appointment due to staff illness. Look, I get that things come up, but you have literally no contingency for this? I cant get a refund for our hotel day-of, and you're asking me to reschedule. Not happening. You've lost my trust. How would I know you wouldnt screw me over again? I'll be looking elsewhere. read more

Love this place for the sauna! You can get a series of 5 for $125 AND if you want to bring a friend long they just have to pay $10. Honestly, you can't beat that. The atmosphere is very calming and the staff have always been friendly. I recommend an early Sunday morning appointment, before it gets busy. But be warned that you'll just want to lay around your house the rest of the day. read more

Easy to get to and great Vibe. Meagan is excellent! Had the 90 minute massage and booked another session.

I've been here twice (once at the old Uptown location and once at the downtown) and it's been a great experience! I booked Kimberly both times and she's awesome. Very attentive and uses the perfect amount of pressure to relieve pain. I think the prices have gone up in the past couple of years, but it's a great once in a while treat for an hour long massage. The vibes are very calming, good music mixes, and comfy beds and support. Love the online booking system as well! read more

Wow wow wow! If you're in the Kansas City area, go see Justin!! I have never had a better massage in my life. The entire staff are so kind and professional. Trying to see how my husband can fit me here once a month. read more

I swear, I think I grew a good inch or two after going in for a (I didn't realize) much needed massage. Professional, clean, and inviting - this place is a real treat. The pampering starts the minute you walk in with someone to welcome you and offer water/tea/something to drink. After filling out an entrance form (explaining the reason for your visit and any medical history they should be aware of), they promptly lead you to your room and begin the session. The heated beds and calm music of the room almost lulled me to sleep! Though a bit on the more expensive side (I used a Groupon to offset charges) Green Leaf is a great relaxation spot. I noticed they have facials, foot scrubs, and other services - I wouldn't mind coming back to try one later on. read more

I found this place through Google and came here for a massage on mother's day this year. Somehow I was booked for an appointment exactly one month after without my knowledge. According to the policy if you don't show up to an appointment and don't cancel within 24 hours you will be responsible for the charges. I called and I believe it was their receptionist who answered and I tried to explain that I didn't make an appointment. I could already tell he wasn't going to be helpful. He claimed that it was impossible that something like this could happen and I would in fact be responsible for the charges. Hearing this made me frustrated so in a not so nice tone I told him I was coming up to the facility. For some reason he felt "threatened"... which I can understand. I felt like I wasn't being heard as customer and I felt like I was being robbed. I am a single mother and that 85 dollars they took out of my account could have went to supporting my child. When I arrived (I cooled down during the drive there) he treated me l like I was an aggressive person and said he would notify the police if I did not leave, so I told him to call them. They arrived shortly after and told me he wasn't going to pay and if I wanted to pursue something I'd have to go through civil court. Do your research before booking an appointment at a random place! That was my mistake. read more

The massage itself was outstanding I would definitely go again however I had a gift certificate for 90 minutes (120.00) when I decided to use it they did not honor their prices and I was charged an additional amount of money. I was not pleased with this . No one ever contacted me concerning this matter . i am forced to give 3 star rating Wilhelmina Johnson read more

Did a spa/massage day with the wife for our anniversary. We started out with the sauna followed by a 60 minute couples massage. The sauna was modern, clean, and relaxing. You could even blue tooth your music! They opened the partition (great concept) so my wife and I were in the same room during our massage. The masseuse used just the right balance of firmness. The spa itself was spotless, the front desk staff was polite and helpful. Truly a wonderful experience which we will do again soon! read more

I went with 2 other girlfriends and we all had amazing massages! The space is beautiful and they are expanding services.

Justin gives life changing massages and it's worth every penny! I have ms and chronic pain and he helped me so much!

Came here for some R&R and WOW did this place not disappoint! I was a bit insecure about exposing my body at first. I apologized to Kylie (my masseuse) about all my flab, but then added "after 4 kids, of course there's some extra woman to love!". Kylie replied, "Ha Ha Ha, you are so clever and funny Mrs. G." Let me say, Kylie rubbed my recent divorce right out of me! I hadn't felt so relaxed since college . I will definitely recommend this place to ALL my many many girlfriends. You will live, laugh, LOVE this place! read more

We had a couples massage with brad and I forget the other gentleman's name. It was absolutely incredible, the vibe of this place is really cool. Little bit of a maze to get to but worth it once you arrive. The massage itself, although only my first massage ever, it was the perfect amount of firm, yet relaxing. We will definitely be back. read more

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing afternoon to celebrate our anniversary. We booked a one hour couples massage followed by an hour in the infrared sauna. We were greeted by friendly staff, shown to a dressing area were they provided us slippers and robes, and escorted to our massage room. We then went from our massage straight to the sauna room in which we had completely booked to ourselves. We left feeling relaxed and pampered. Facilities were clean, calm, and smelled good! The whole experience was surprisingly affordable considering the afternoon of pampering we received. We would highly recommend and we will be back! read more

I had a gift card to Green Leaf and would definitely return. Booked an hour massage with the sauna add on. Would highly recommend the sauna add on. It was a great way to relax before the massage. The location is a little bit of a maze, but really no big deal. They called a few hours before to give parking suggestions. Overall a thoughtful, very clean, and relaxing experience. read more

Hands down, this was the best spa day experience I've ever had. Start to finish Todd guided us through our services, making us feel comfortable, relaxed and honestly like royalty. We started with a 90 minute hot stone massage followed by a float in the salt pool for sensory deprivation and deep relaxation - what an experience! Following that was 30 minutes in the sauna which upon coming out of I felt like a million bucks. Wow. Around every corner was their warm and friendly staff, each of whom were invested in making sure I was enjoying every minute. Can't wait to go back! read more

Super clean and cozy!! Will gave and amazing massage. Definitely check this place out

I had the most amazing massage in the perfect atmosphere. My only wish is that they had better advertisement on the outside of the building. But I couldn't ask for anything more when once I stepped into this spa. Everything was perfect from the greeting, to the waiting room and the massage. Will be visiting again when I am back in KC. read more

It's an esthetically pleasing place and the staff I have encountered are nice. I went the first time on September 17th, 2023 and had a massage by a girl named Taylor (I think that's her name)! It was incredible - the best massage I've ever had. Yesterday (6/28/24) I decided I wanted to go back for a massage as it had been almost a year. I wanted to go the following day (6/29/24). Of course with short notice there were limited options. Taylor was not available so I chose someone named Olivia and booked a 90-minute massage for 4:15 on the 29th. I arrived around 4:00, checked in, and was told I could have tea or water in the lounge area while I waited. I sat for about 10 minutes (again, I was early so I expected to wait), and then a massage therapist came to get me. It was not the person I had booked an appointment with. They introduced themselves and walked me to the room. I'm a fairly go with the flow type of person and I also don't like inconveniencing people so I just went with it. In hindsight, I wish I had questioned them about the change in therapists. Truthfully, I really wanted a massage ASAP so either way I would have gone through with it whether it was the person I scheduled or not. Anyway, we get in the room and she starts asking me questions (all the questions I had answered on the intake form such as what did I want to get out of it and were there any specific areas to target). I could tell she hadn't seen the intake form perhaps due to the change up in therapists. She leaves, I get undressed and get on the bed, she enters, and she does the massage. She only worked my lower back for 3-4 minutes and it was only the right side, she never did the left side of my lower back. I remember thinking "she'll go back to it" but then the massage was over not long after that. She left the room, I sat up and looked at the clock, and it was 5:34. I feel like she could have spent more time on my lower back but she left the room really quickly. I know it was the end of their day so I'm sure she was tired. The massage was okay. I did enjoy laying in a dark quiet room for almost 90 minutes. I think I had big expectations because I remember my last massage with Taylor was phenomenal so I possibly set myself up to be a little disappointed going in with expectations of it being that good again with a different person. I got to the desk to check out and I decided I wanted to ask about the switch up in therapists. The person at the desk said they had to shift people around to accomodate scheduling or something. I said that's fine I was just surprised to find out when I arrived and he said that I should have been called or emailed ahead of time and he apologized for not doing that. I do wonder if I would have gotten a better massage from Olivia (the person I actually booked) but it's done and I guess I'm thankful that I was even able to get in on short notice. That is another thing I like about them - you can usually (at least the two times I have been there) schedule on fairly short notice. read more

This is the just the cutest place tucked into the upper floor of an old theatre. You're walking through this kind of run down building, albeit historic and sort of interesting, and then voila! You turn a corner and there's like instant serenity. Updated paint, carpet, all that stuff, total clean, comforting spa atmosphere. I was like "whoaaa". Anyway, I had a 90 minute session with Chaz and man, do I feel great! Right off the bat you can tell he's a true pro, like he has a map of the human skeleton in his head. Really, I didn't have to tell this man anything about "problem areas" he just navigated his own way there and worked it all out. I run a good amount so I prefer a sports/deep tissue style massage without sacrificing that dreamy la la la feeling. I really lucked out this time, Chaz has it down pat. oh PS they use slippery hot stones too. so nice. read more

This is the place to go if you're looking for a couples massage. This was amazing. Thank you!

Made an appointment for a 90 minute massage with add-on foot scrub. Ashlyn was the masseuse. Green leaf is a bit of a maze to find but there are signs helping you navigate to the front desk once inside the old theater. Ashlyn was on time and started my massage at 145. The standard paperwork and describing any issues preceded that. The actual massage was fine. Worked on my back and legs. Never my arms, which was unusual for a full body massage but fine. She checked in with me about pressure, etc. the disappointing part was the add on foot scrub. I was dressed and paying for my massage at 315. 90 minutes later. Not much of an add for $20. Then when I looked at the description of the foot scrub: scrub, hot booties, peppermint massage. None of that happened except maybe she did some scrubbing while massage my feet during the full body. $140 later....i won't be going back. There are too many other options and I feel ripped off Update- Thank you, Brad, for your response, albeit 2 months late. My appt was on oct 2nd if you want to check the books. My initials are the same. I was not late, in fact, early, and the receptionist offered me tea. My 140 included tip. I struggle to not tip someone who relies on it for wages. So despite getting ripped off, I still gave Ashlyn a tip. Maybe I'm wrong to do that. read more
