I could not be more pleased with the services. I called on a Saturday because we had found two scorpions in our house in the past 24 hours. We were leaving to go out of town that evening and I was very anxious to get started before we left. Matt was super helpful and got someone to come out to the house that very evening. Soren spent at least an hour and a half at our home. He answered all my questions and was extremely thorough. He even used this smoke/steamer to put diatomaceous earth into the crooks and crannies of our fence/wall. About and hour after he left, we saw one scorpion slowly crawling on our floor - it had obviously been forced out of hiding by the spray. Since then, we have not seen a single scorpion. I feel safe in my home again! (With a 4 year old and a dog, you have to be careful!) I would recommend them to anyone, and you can't beat the prices. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could! If you have a scorpion problem, these guys will take care of it! 1 year update: We've had Green Magic Pest for over a year, and they are seriously SO AMAZING. Their professionalism and customer support is out of this world. We have not seen a scorpion in our house since they first came out a year ago. We also had some issues because they repaved our roads and dug up the sewers - Soren came out and resprayed, free of charge! They are kind, diligent, and respectful. And we are PEST FREE!! We've had a couple of other natural pest control companies we liked in the past, but as soon as they made us sign up for a yr (often to get their "best price" or sometimes just to stay a customer) when we didn't want a years worth of service, we would drop them. They forget we are the customer, it should be what WE want and what works for US... So, when this happened, we needed to find a new company. Luckily for us, we did, and a good one at that, in Green Magic Pest. Their guys are always so thorough, friendly, polite, and prompt. They of course will come back and re-do an area that still has a problem (like the ants around our pool) and it could be weeks later. Others offer this too I know, but these guys don't make you wait long for them to come back which we really appreciate. We thankfully do not have a big pest problem, but we keep up on it so we don't. Their prices are in line with what others are charging, and the customer service is excellent. I can't say enough good things about them, and because we have two dogs, appreciate that they treat our yard and courtyard with the safest chemicals they can. Jacob is the guy who does our house and he is always so professional and nice, as well as a good listener - the dogs love him too. We noticed a lot of wasps around our block wall in the back when we have been in the pool. Called these guys due to the great reviews on yelp. They said it'd be $95 to remove any nests they found but if they came and didn't find any it'd only be $50. I asked them what their price was for normal outdoor/indoor service every other month and they said for our size house it'd be $65 and if we signed up for that then the wasp service wouldn't cost anything. They come out in between services too if you have any problems at no charge (including removal of nests). We had Green Mango prior and had been looking for another pest company anyways due to price, and lack of doing anything about our wasps besides spraying. (They didn't even look for nests). Anyways, so we just had our first service today. Jordan got here about 5-10min before they were scheduled (def a plus). He sprayed inside and outside. Also, did a thorough check behind our vines, in our bushes, and trees. He found two wasp nests behind our vines on the block wall in the back. (I knew we had them, Green Mango!) Best pest control company I've ever worked with! I'll never go anywhere else. I'm very picky with what company I use for whatever I'm looking for because you don't always find a company like this one. I've had ants in my backyard, the tech came out, treated the area and shortly thereafter within a week the ants were gone. They've treated not only the exterior area of my house, they treated the block wall surrounding my backyard. They use non toxic formula which is extremely important to me because I'm chemically sensitive. The owner is by far the best when responding if there are any concerns. Gavin recently treated the outside of my house. He's very communicative and informative. He always asks me if there are any bugs I've noticed that needs targeted specifically! It's really refreshing to work with a company who's owner has such high integrity as well as his techs that come out. If I ever have concerns or questions, they are quick to respond and always make sure the service is 100%. They go above and beyond! Very very low rate for the best quality and effective pest control I've ever had. I initially met them when I moved into my home. Living in the club west area of the ahwatukee foothills, we moved into a house that was on a golf course that was shut down. They cut the grass eventually that was over grown which sent the largest fury of baby cockroaches anyone has ever seen even the pest control professional (Jordan). My patio and pool were black from the infestations. Millions of bugs. Fortunately these boys handled it. I then decided to continue with the every other month subscription. For 69 dollars every other month (insanely cheap like whatt) they ensure not one bug is ever seen in or outside of my home. If I ever see a bug they'll come handle it. Jordan and the other professionals have become the highlight of our month. We are very happy, especially when Jordan comes to service our property. Brandton from Green Magic Pest Control came by today to service us. He called before to let me know he was close by. I was coming back from the an errand he was so nice did the front of the house until I got back! I love they call you first to let you know they are on the way! Which I love, because then I can get the gate unlock and put the dogs up. He came in and ask if there any room I didn't want to have done. Ask if I had any active, he was very knowledgeable very nice very respectful. When he was done he explained to me about the wait time for the pets and ask if I need anything else done. He is a very nice person to have in my home, love Green Magic and Brandton, is a pleasant person that represents Green Magic! Matt with Green Magic Pest Control was absolutely amazing! My wife and I had a terrible scorpion problem. We'd get one inside the house every few days, and every night, I would have to go outside and kill anywhere from 4 to 7 scorpions in my back yard. I've been using Green Magic for 3 months now. Since then, I have not seen a single scorpion inside my house, and the very few that I have seen in my back yard have been dead or dying already. When they arrive, they are always dressed professionally, and make sure their shoes are clean before they enter. I love that they use Green and Pet Friendly sprays that are more powerful than most other companies use. When they came over, they sprayed inside, then sprayed my entire front and back yard, dusted the entire base of my house with diatomaceous earth, and even pointed out some cracks in my walls, and bricks where they were likely hiding, and dusted them too. Our back fence had numerous black widows and we had caught scorpions inside our house (eek!), so it was time to call for pest control. I wanted a service that would use products safe for our house cats as well as us, and found Green Magic. They use products that are pet friendly and had great reviews, so I called them. They treat our backyard as well as inside the house and garage, and once they are done spraying, they have a special broom to clean all the cobwebs from the outside windows - awesome! We have had their monthly service for a year now, and we rarely see any scorpions and the black widows are all gone. It's a huge relief. We also recently had them treat our home for termites. They are very reliable, sending helpful text confirmations of service appointments, plus they usually send the same technician, Soren, who is always friendly and does a great job. Locally owned very professional pest control service that we have found to be a significant upgrade from our prior national brand provider. Much better service at a much more reasonable price. For years we used a local company for pest control. Once that company got bought out by a national chain, we saw a 50% price increase over the past two years and over the past year fairly regular changeover of the tech responsible for our property. As far as onsite service, we like to see a pest control tech that is studying the property and making mental notes while he/she treats the property. Attention to detail with a sense of pride in the service provided. On the other hand, the techs working for the national chain always seemed to be rushed suggesting to us that maybe their daily schedule is overbooked. That being said, we are very happy we switched our business over to Green Magic Pest Control. Wish we had done it sooner! read more

I would give this company 5 stars based on customer service alone they've been very helpful answered all my questions which were a lot very patient very kind very understanding was the one company that I found that could provide services within the parameters that I needed which I can't say about too many companies. They were very knowledgeable about the different products chemicals they are licensed are listed in the top 10 companies and ratings and reviews by reputable rating businesses. And our based on actual facts about the business and quality rather than just reviews and opinions which is more than I can say for a lot of companies that that are also listed as top 10 companies but listed under rating businesses that are more opinion based then actual fact. Wonderful, prompt, professional service! We discovered a termite tunnel in our home, called Green Magic, and spoke directly to the owner, John. John was at our front door within 24 hours, gave a thorough inspection, reviewed their bid and procedures, and scheduled the soonest, convenient time for service that worked with our busy schedule. John and Matt were professional, efficient, and friendly. They offered warranty options for their service, and did not require me to enter a monthly pest elimination contract to cover their warranty! I had contacted another big-name service for a competitor's bid, which was answered by a call center and the promise of being contacted by the "service tech" for my area, who would return my call and schedule my inspection. I had a very bad German roach infestation that had followed me from my previous apartment. For a time I was using my current complex's pest service, but I was seeing no difference in the volume of roaches. We did some research and found Green Magic Pest who guaranteed their German roach treatment would work. Lo and behold after a few treatments, the volume of roaches in my home was reduced to almost 0. We still have the occasional one or two, but that comes with apartment living. I have zero complaints about the work that they do, or the price that we pay for it. They are friendly, accommodating, and prompt in their service. They use an aerosol pest spray indoors which dries after about 20 minutes and is safe for my two cats once dried. We were so relived to know they did! The company makes things so simple. I trust them to get on with the work and the payments are taken care of automatically. I'm usually a not trusting person when it come to having services done like fumigation or exterminating. I just don't think it works and they charge a lot of money to do it. But when my 2 year old found scorpions in our house stairs I had to do something about it. My friend recommended green magic pest control. Even though I didn't think it would work my wife really wanted someone to come and take care of them. 4 years later I'm still using them just as a precaution and to keep other bugs out for 65 bucks every 2 months they got rid of the problem and gave us a tranquillity we wanted.
