Simply put the owner is very full of himself, and takes business questions personally. Rather than accept his own coupon, he would rather not do business with you at all and tell you to your face to never come back. i guess he must be busy to turn away customers like that. It was not a small order, being well over $1000 in flowers and trees. The hired help is variable in knowledge and ability. They list their hours as being open until 6:00, but they shut down the cash register at 5:30 and basically chase you out after that. Not welcoming or friendly at all. If you have to have plants, and are willing to put up with people who basically don't care about you as a customer and are more interested in doing things their way, with their pride, and with their (self) hurt feelings than they are with providing you with good customer service, then I guess you could go there. I won't. Not after the way I was treated. I wouldn't want anyone I know or like to go there either. Sometimes it is not about the price, it is the principle. They seem to want to stand on their principle that it is OK to treat their customer with less respect than the dirt they sell, then chase you and your money away when you challenge them on their actions. So I will stand on my principle: I deserve respect as a customer just as they do as a vendor. If they do not want to be honest and respectful, they do not deserve my business, and I would suggest they do not deserve yours.

I was recommended to go to this place to view the plants. Upon entrance I was immediately greeted by the exhilarating beauty of tropical plants. Some hanging from the ceiling, some appeared to be lining the walls, and some simply there waiting for an "ooh" or "ahhh". Some plants I recognized and some I had never seen before. The plants and orchids appeared to be very well taken care of and of high quality. In addition to the plants, the owner was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered their Habiturf grass seed, knowing there was a lack of a track record for growing it in sunny Phoenix Arizona, we planted 6,500 square feet of it, at the peak of summer, temps hovering in the 116 degree range, with Teresa and Nathan regularly checking in with me, analyzing pictures, providing advice....... well needless to say, we are the talk of the street, very minimal water is required once established. We have started our second project turning a 1/2 acre part of our yard into a golf course, border with Habiturf and the fairways using DKS Maya Bermuda grass, knowing the depth of knowledge and their level of customer service, I am confident that we will have the best backyard golf course in the neighborhood. Not that we needed help but it would've been nice fora staff member to offer assistance; they looked busy. There was also a bunch of cases and votives available to purchase. Overall the prices seamed reasonable so we will be back in April to purchase for my wedding!
