R 6. Grilled Beef Short Ribs served with Carrots & Cucumbers

Spend my last meal in WA here before I move to CA, the staff is always so friendly and I love the peanut sauce/spring rolls and the short ribs!

Was craving some pho and didn't feel like fighting traffic to go to my 'go to' spot further north, so decided to try this place as it's super close to home. The woman at the counter was nice and answered some questions i had then I ordered the chicken, tofu, broccoli, & carrots pho and the wontons to go. It took a little longer than I expected to get my order considering it was a little after 4pm and only one person was eating in the restaurant. The girl at the counter spent the whole time chatting with the guy who was eating and then sat down at his table and continued to talk. Eventually the food was ready so I went home to eat. Started with wontons which weren't bad - a little tough/chewy on the crimped dough edge which was thicker and a lot harder to chew. I was disappointed in the pho as there wasn't a lot of broth which was also a bit too sweet in my opinion and there wasn't much basil or bean sprouts either. I had been excited to try an option that had chicken with vegetables for the pho...but the amount of chicken was just a few shreds. It should have been called broccoli, carrots, tofu, and a hint of chicken pho. Will I go back? Maybe if I'm being lazy and don't feel like driving further to get better pho at a better price.

Just had lunch here today!! I got the beef pho and my sister got the vermicelli bowl. It was so good and the location is easy to get to with great parking. The facilities are beautiful and clean. Thank you for a great lunch, we will come back ^__^ (especially to the lovely Leanna!)

Restaurant interior. A tad small, but nice nonetheless

So good! I had the chicken banh mi and my partner had the tofu. Right from the first bite and taste of the bread we could tell it was gonna be great. The girl at the counter was very nice. The place felt bright and clean. I'm excited to try the pho, AND they have avocado smoothies on the menu!!! We wanted to get one to go but a huge group came in, so we decided to wait until next time. And there will be many next times. I'm very glad for this new addition to the neighborhood

This place has the best pho I've ever had. I also ordered a pork Banh mi and it was so filled with flavor. The girl at the front was very friendly and welcoming. WILL BE BACK!!!

Very clean, updated space with excellent service and truly delicious food! I had the classic pho + papaya salad combo, added grilled side beef and Thai iced tea. Everything was amazing. Fresh veggies, quality meats, and great pho broth! Will come back for more.

I've ordered sandwiches to go 2-3 times, but none of them were heated, and they tasted cold. I hope the restaurant will address this issue.

It tastes just as good and has the same wonderful quality I remember from growing up. I love their vermicelli bowls and their Vietnamese crepe the most. I also love their pho. Their broth is light and doesn't have the strong strong herbal flavor that some phos in Seattle have. Their pho is the most authentic pho I've had outside Vietnam. I hadn't eaten here In years and my wife never. They used to give a nice refreshing lychee water drink with a long dessert spoon for the fruit which I remember loving long ago. Many other tables had them but we were never offered it as service was brisk yet not very friendly. I ordered a Dac Biet pho (my regular choice) but they don't have tripe??? I usually pass on pho restaurants that don't serve tripe and tendon. I was at best average but honestly not near the best I've ever had in the US or Vietnam. At almost $20 for a bowl I wasn't impressed enough to say "let's go back". My wife ordered the pork vermicelli bowl (her usual). She liked it ok and I tried a bit. Again pretty tasty and in my opinion a better dish than their pho, but not worthy of returning over other choices. Overall if you are comfortable parking in a tight little parking lot to eat average food in a little old building it's not a bad choice. But I would not purposefully go back even though we shop often at Costco and Home Depot nearby.

They have a wide range of banh mi fillings, from the classics to some harder to find options like roast pork, so there's something for everyone. My personal favorite is the crispy roast pork banh mi. The pork has that perfect crackly skin with juicy, flavorful meat underneath. Paired with the pickled veggies, fresh cilantro, and a light spread of mayo on a crusty baguette, it hits all the right textures and flavors. I also love the special banh mi with all the different meats. It's basically the greatest hits lineup with savory cold cuts, pâté, and other cured meats layered together for a rich, satisfying bite every time. It's hearty without being overwhelming, and the balance of fresh and savory components is spot on. And don't skip the drinks. The egg coffee was surprisingly excellent. The Vietnamese coffee base had a deep, bold flavor with that classic slightly bitter edge, and the creamy whipped egg topping added a smooth, lightly sweet contrast. It felt indulgent but still very coffee forward. Overall, this is a great banh mi spot for me with the great variety, tasty sandwiches, and a standout egg coffee to round it all out. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the mood for a quality banh mi.

A great variety of viet dishes you may not be able to find elsewhere!…read more My partner and I chose this place because we were craving soup to help with the cold. We ended up choosing a place close and were not disappointed at all. This restaurant is located off a busy street but it luckily offers a parking lot which can be hard to come by in Seattle. Because we came on the earlier side, we were seated quite quickly :) The space is pretty large so I don't think I would worry about a wait on a weekday. We were very impressed by the options provided. I usually don't find Bun Bo Hue on the menu often which is what my partner ended up ordering. I ordered the Bun rieu which is even harder to come by. We also ordered the crispy butter garlic wings to share which was a perfect choice. The service was very fast and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly our stuff came out after placing our order. The portions were also HUGE and we both had enough to take home for a second meal. The Bun rieu was super tomatoey and had a rich flavor which the crab. My mom makes Bun rieu at home and I was very much happy with this bowl too, reminded me a lot of how my mom makes it! The Bun Bo Hue was not super spicy but we appreciated being able to customize. The garlic wings were SOOOO good. So crispy and seasoned so well, we would 100% get these again they were so good. We left very full, warm, and satisfied with this pick. It's okay, it's different, anything fried is good, nothing special though. #3. love the crispy and tenderness of the calamari, fried just right! #4. Love the flavors and everything else in this soup, a bit too oily though #5. Soup and oxtail is good. Can definitely noticed the lard or amount of oil in this pho, too much for my liking though. Overall everything was flavorful and good. Only downside is the soup base for #4 and 5. Make it less oily and it would be a banger!

I have not had a bad meal here, and neither has my friends. This is honestly my favorite place for pho, and in my humble opinion, the best pho I've ever had. It tastes like your Vietnamese aunties are cooking in the kitchen, because they are! I crave this place, and usually eat here once a week if I can. My regular order is a large pho tai chin nam bo vien, (no white onions), which is rare steak, brisket, flank, and beef meatballs. Their pho broth is clear, yet rich and beefy and filled with authentic spices - you can really taste the bones being lovingly simmered for hours. Their Bun Bo Hue is also very good, with outstanding homemade pork meatballs. I tried my friend's Bun Rieu and it was seafoody and delicious as well. Also, don't miss out on their Goi Cuon (spring rolls). It's not on the menu but they do offer a shrimp & pork spring roll. They are absolutely delicious and very fresh. As I said, not a bad meal to be had here! Pro tip: For extra rich, beefy tasting pho, order some nuoc beo, (pronounced "nook bay-o") to add to your broth. You can thank me later.
