Very good food and a nice ambiance. They have a foolish looking robot that comes to your table with your food and then a server comes behind the robot to serve the table. Service is severely lacking. Missing food from order - waiter never came to refill our empty drink glasses. The robot is annoying. Food was brought and left on that thing. I made the mistake of ordering the Thai Chili Cashew (with chicken) and was not happy with the texture of the sauce. I only tried the sauce and didn't consume any of the dish. (I am a big texture person and the sauce was slimy to me.) I asked the waitress if I could change to the Red Curry (with chicken) which was the same price. She said she would ask her manager. I thanked her and shortly there after the manager appeared. He asked what the issue with the food was and I told him. He understood and told the waitress to get me what I wanted to eat instead. I thought the interaction was over after this and was excited to have a meal I would enjoy. I have no complaints for the food. I do however have complaints about the other manager/chef? who came up to me and was very rude. She seemed very upset I wanted something different to eat. Her attitude was completely unnecessary. I would have understood if they couldn't accommodate me. I have never had someone talk to me like that over food! She talked down to me about an issue that was already settled! This restaurant is nice but they should not have this woman talking to customers if they want to have people come back. I feel very offended and attacked. She was in my personal space and didn't even introduce herself at all. I was with other people so I kept my cool and was polite. Not a place I will come back to! read more

I never like giving a poor review. I always want to give a business, especially small business the chance to make it right. I am a former waitress and bartender and respect people in the restaurant business. That being said: I got take out from Green Papaya and ordered Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai and a soup all with seafood added. When I got the order home, my husband was picking out all of the seafood from the soup. He said it was like rubber. It was that way in all of the dishes. It was almost all squid for the seafood and it was rolled up like a ball of rubber. I called to let them know. The person answering the phone was very nice. However, after talking to the owner, she wouldn't get on the phone but relayed through her employee that "this is how the squid comes." ? The gentleman relaying it was obviously embarrassed. If the owner thinks that this is how seafood should be served, I don't recommend getting seafood there. I will never be back. read more

Went yesterday for late lunch, early dinner. First two minor negatives: 1: they absolutely MUST get new laminated menus. We got paper spiral bound menus that had food stains all over them; just not right to give those to customers. 2: one of our party is a vegetarian and ordered the avocado tempura which had no description. It took exceptionally long for this appetizer to arrive and when it did, it had tobiko on top. One would expect it to be vegetarian because it's the only sushi app that contains vegetable. Now the good: Restaurant is nicely decorated, spacious and has a beautiful ceiling. Server was very friendly and attentive. The remainder of the food we received was Excellent. We had the toro sushi special appetizer and one additional roll. Both very tasty but the toro was especially good. Our party had 3 different curries. Presentation and taste were great with plenty of veggies. Overall I really liked this place and will definitely be back but PLEASE get new menus. read more

Extremely rude and no common sense on how to treat a customer. Left without ordering Entrees . Never going back to this location. Manager was not helpful. Solid Thai food. Been coming here over the last few months for mostly takeout and have been really enjoying it. They've always gotten our order done well and correctly and great staff. I like the Golden Curry and some of our favorites include the Gyoza, Green Curry, and the Thai Iced Tea is on point. Glad to have this place nearby! read more

Me and my sister in law ordered a Thai plate with chicken. The chicken had a nasty after taste and the texture was different. We told the waiter that the chicken wasn't good and I can change my plate for something else. The waiter came back saying that the manager said that I can order another plate but I have to pay for chicken and the new plate. I paid for the nasty chicken plate and left. Out-of-the-way gem. Excellent Thai food and LARGE portions. Pad Thai was a home run and the fried rice dish my wife had was also excellent. We took half of it home and made another meal out of it, later. Almost no one there. I think it's the location, but it's a growing area. They'll be fine. Also, love the cool vibe and the full bar. While in the past food and service was good today they forgot to enter half of my take out order. Told me that they thought they had entered it and I had to wait another 10 minutes. We love Thai food and were eager to give this location a try. After two visits for lunch, and twice take-out, we have come to the conclusion that there are still things that need to be improved. My wife's sushi was "just ok" but what is unacceptable is that the consistency of the chicken has been very strange - to say the least. I'm not sure what's going on but the meat just feels "off" when chewing, and there have been some connective tissue bits present that should have been cut out. Maybe we'll be back in the future, but only if the quality of the chicken gets taken care of. read more

Food was very good and the restaurant was very clean and gorgeous on the inside. Service was a bit slow, but overall was very good.
