Our technician, Fred, found the entrance-way they were using to get into our house. A huge crack in the cement underneath our deck. Fred went through the effort and "pains" to crawl under there. Don returned my call shortly thereafter and arranged to come out to my house the following day. He arrived on time and listened as I told him the issues. He did a thorough inspection and said he didn't agree with the contractor. He showed me exactly what evidence he saw to contradict the contractor's assessment. Just to make sure - he did a complete inspection of our basement. He found some damage caused by a chipmunk and he was able to do a patch job to keep the chipmunk out of the basement.
