I had my clothes back, beautifully folded and neatly placed in plastic bags that were contained in my laundry bag the next day. I went on their website and booked with Jennifer from South OC! She did a phenomenal job! I was hesitant at first, never using a service like this before, I decided to try it. I had dirty laundry piling up, and I didn't want to go to a laundromat. And afterwards, getting my clean folded laundry back, I wasn't disappointed! Very effective and efficient! My clothes arrived fresh and very clean, in a timely manner. I felt that the price was a little high, but I was desperate for clean clothes. Overall, I felt that it was so worth it!! I was at the business next door and had time to chat with her and I liked her attitude. I then have been taking in all my dresses for her to make into elongated blouses. She also knows how to take a sweatshirt (nice ones) and cut off the neck, arms and lower part of the sweatshirt to create a hole different kind of look. My clothes are now new to my wardrobe. Love it! Another thing that caught my eye with Me-Me was during our first chat, I noticed she was folding and pinning shirts for someone. As though it was just bought from a store. I asked her why she went through all that and she replied with a smile and said, 'This is what my customer likes'. WOW! LOVE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am very selective on who I use and especially who I refer others too because if I don't get the whole customer service, quality & pricing I want, I won't do it. Went there today on jul 31,2025 and the front counter attendant was dismissive when I asked about a…read morediscount. I was told when the account was set up that I would receive a 10% discount on all orders. I was told tough and the owner sets the prices. I was also told that "ladies clothes are expensive". I really have no choice but to go here but always get anxiety before going in to pick up clothes because I know the cost/price will be over $10 per item. Today it was $163 for 13 items. It is not really the money that bothers me but the attitude by all that work there. The owner's son just came in and he is a hard worker. There are two times marked Fancy and I guess that is subjective. I didn't want to make a scene and left after I paid the bill. It was disconcerting that my ask on the discount was outright dismissed and after I was made a promise when I started the account several years ago. Not sure what the future shall bring and I'm not inclined to have any future conversation with these folks regarding the issue presented above. When I tell you that this is the best dry cleaner I have ever been to, I genuinely mean it. The owners are a local Orange County couple who are absolutely amazing. Andrea is one of the kindest people I have encountered in a long time and they genuinely care about what they do and the people that come to their business. Their prices are unbeatable and the quality is phenomenal. I never write yelp reviews but I was compelled to do so because I was not only beyond satisfied with the service I got. But I left happy, Andrea and I had a great conversation and I left there feeling like I've been going to their business for years. It was just that good feeling you get when people go out of their way to ask you how your day is or get to know your name. It makes all the difference. They apologized and gave him a damage form, which I returned along with the dress and the receipt in early May. I've since gone in, called countless times, and texted to receive ZERO response from Andrea. She finally accidentally took my call, apologized and asked me to send these things again by text, since she couldn't find the dress or receipt and form I had dropped off. I texted photos of all of these immediately and she still hasn't responded weeks later...not even to my multiple "just confirming you received the images above?" inquiries. She said on the phone that she only works every other week (pretty sure a manager should be accessible more often, and cell phones seem to be readily available tools to help) and that she would cut me a check. But since she has gone completely dark. It's one thing to accidentally ruin a dress - that happens - but to choose to completely ignore a customer and not take accountability is completely unacceptable and pathetically unprofessional. I'd strongly caution you that they will not take accountability should an issue arise! I guess I ought to have read past the few positive ratings and duly noted their very low overall rating score before taking my clothing there.
