My freezer department was failing to remain frozen. The upper ice maker also had stopped working, but it was a secondary issue. Elad diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the freezer department repair. Parts were ordered on a Thursday and the repair was completed on the next Tuesday. Elad also told he believed the ice maker would start working within a week, as he felt the repair completed were related. He also gave me a second estimate in case it didn't but suggested I wait.
