The T shirt design, albeit simple, had very deep meaning and the short timeframe made it very difficult to find a shop to accommodate my dire need. Hiller's came through for me printing out over 30 shirts within a matter of days. The Shirts came out great and everyone wore the shirts with pride as they made it through the finish line feeling a sense of accomplishment but humbled as we knew the deep meaning behind the shirt related to my best friend who just the previous week lost his daughter after a 5+ year battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma. Let's start with: Beyond. worse. experience. ever…read more It started with a phone call from my beloved brother and sister in law saying there was something wrong with her wedding dress that she had just picked up from Lei and her custom team that she had previously bought at The White Dress. Keep in mind this dress was ABSOLUTELY beautiful on my sister in law, that is before Lei and her team worked with it. In a heart beat I drove to see my sister in law and helped her with her dress. As she put the dress on, ladies and gentlemen, it was thee worst and most disappointing fit a seamstress could ever do. The seams on the back were buckled, the sheer was cut incorrectly, the lace on her chest region was cut, and the dress was so heavy on her shoulders that you couldn't even see the straps. My poor sister in law was left in tears when it's supposed to be her dream dress. The dress was just the beginning my friends. The customer service was horrendous. I immediately called Lei that evening to speak with her and told her what happened. And this woman had the audacity to tell me it was like that before she touched the dress. Are you serious? I had pictures before she "fixed" the dress and she sent me pictures to my cell phone saying there was nothing wrong with it afterwards. She was arguing with me about her job and how there was nothing she could do to fix it and how there were NO openings for her before her wedding date which was a week away. Pushing forward, I immediately called the White Dress about this and they were incredible with accommodating and recommending us to a new seamstress that fit us in that next morning. Weddings are supposed to be amazing and Lei and her team almost ruined my sister in law's greatest day. Zero stars if I could, beyond disappointed.

The quality and expertise that Lei's shop has is staggering. They go to bridal expos, get some of the best material, and are encyclopedic with their knowledge of the industry. With all the bridezillas of the world running around, I was surprised at the customer service and the lengths they went to get our dream dress done just right. (Not a bad thing but does that mean service will be lacking?) Then we were told our order would take 2-3 weeks! They were busy with other orders much larger than ours so I guess, we as a new client, were not very appreciated. That seemed long too, but ok, we are new to them. There was a physical mock up that they wanted to put together and we were told to come by any time (on a weekend) to come see what it would look like. Well we get there and they left early for the day. "So sorry...." Was what we heard, but they were nice enough to send us it by carrier two days later. Well once we got it.....it was the wrong mock up, "so sorry for the confusion, ok let's make sure we get it right" is what they now tell us. When asked for a revision and we were told in an email that there would be a charge for that? When we questioned that they said they can't help us. What a waste of time!

The place is roughly 3x as big as you'd think it is from the outside, with a long arm quilting machine (and I'm assuming service) a large classroom/work room area, a kids play area and retail area. They have nice colorful/ modern and traditional fabrics that and have managed the quilt store impossible - balancing ratios or retro/modern fabrics. Staff were fairly friendly and I wasn't treated like some young shoplifter (you know the vibe in some quilt shops I swear ) I would highly recommend a walk through at the very least and if youre looking to learn to sew a class!

The print quality was great it took only a few hrs and their costumer service was genuine. I called ahead asking their capabilities, the young lady on the phone was polite and knowledgeable and asked me to e-mail my files ahead of time. When i got there she had all of my files ready to be viewed and all we had to do was pick out a font for some lettering(she made the easy as well). For my needs they were well within my last minute budget and even willing to work with me on prices.
