When I went to pick everything up, my shirt was missing. I'm sure Kelly saw the look on my face while I was mentally trying to figure out how I was going to replace it before the interview. Before I even had to push the issue, she stepped up and made it right. She paid for a replacement shirt and comped the suit dry cleaning. About a week later, they found my original shirt attached to someone else's order, and I picked it up yesterday. Mistakes happen anywhere. What matters is how a business responds when they do.
