Personalized service (they know me by name) and if I need a rush job, they can do it for me even in a pinch. Note--even though they are called "Dry Clean Today", this one is under separate ownership from the main chain. When she picked it up, it had multiple stains on it, and the owner argued they didn't do it. WTH??? Here are the before (taken at the alterations place when she dropped the dress off/fitting) and after pictures when she went to retry it on. She was made to pay for the alterations done (even though more needed to be done) as they would not release the dress to her. They would not reduce the cost of those alterations to pay for the dress to be dry cleaned, they are refusing to take care of the cleaning expense. They indicated they would clean it at their business, but as you can imagine, my future daughter in law does not want them to handle the dress any further. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! If they dont make this right, we'll be taking them to small claims court. BTW - There was another couple in the shop when all this was taking place, and they are suing the owner for damage to their garment as well. Hmmmm, coincidence or pattern??!!!

Their quality and attention to detail matches any high-end French laundry I have ever used. My shirts are handmade and the fabrics are sometimes more fragile than an average shirt and Buds makes sure that they are well pressed, the collar and cuffs are in the proper place and detail every shirt as if it were the most expensive material. Suits and sport coats are pressed by hand rather than stamped by a commercial press and the materials are always handled with Care. Their pricing is also very fair. They are an amazing company and from what I've seen, treat every customer like family unlike the arrogant attitude I found with my past cleaner! Five star.
