The customer service function is laughable...WM has designed its website to be useless, unless you wish to pay a bill or sign up for more service. The WM customer service phone line is an invitation to a virtual gauntlet, followed by 30-minutes of wait time and ending in a conversation with very nice people in another country who have no actual authority or connection to your service provider. Finally spoke with a US-based CR today that suggests that my garbage pick-up date was changed, which would be fine but nobody told the customer. For a company of this scale, the actual service, communication, accountability and customer service interface are unacceptably bad.
