It was so strong it left bleach marks on the concrete. In fact my mom put a wet towel on one of our walls and it ended up with bleach stains. The workers didn't cover anything so my dad's t-shirt that was in a bucket in the sink outside was ruined as was my mom's washing machine cover. I shutter to think how the runoff that went into the storm drain will affect the bay. We prepared the home by moving furniture and belongings away from every window so they would have easy access. As a result, our house was left in disarray, but we planned to put everything back after the appointment. Fifteen minutes before our scheduled appointment, Mauka Cleaning Co. called to cancel due to "maintenance issues." While disappointing, we understood that emergencies happen. Since our house was already prepared, we agreed to reschedule for three days later. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, they never showed up. At the scheduled time, there was no call, text, or email. Multiple attempts to reach them went unanswered. Four hours later, they finally contacted us to apologize and said they understood if we no longer wanted to use their services. We rearranged our schedules, took time off work, and lived with our home in disarray for several days because of the first cancellation, only to be completely stood up on the rescheduled appointment. Mistakes happen, but failing to communicate with customers after already rescheduling once is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I can't recommend this company.

There was a substantial difference between two estimates from the third, and I actually really liked the man who offered the lowest estimate, too. What made the difference was that Matt sent their certificate of insurance with the quote. I appreciated that I didn't ask for it (yet) but that he was proactive. I felt that if he was proactive with a document, he'd also consider other things I may not think about and it made me feel a lot better. They are punctual, thorough, respectful, nice, and did a great job. Excellent communication before, during, and after.
