ZERO STARS!!! This is the worst place ever! Do not bring your car here!!! Came in for a 30 minute oil change at 1 pm. I'm still sitting here at 5:04 pm because my car is now shaking like a stripper. It was not shaking before. All of the lights on the dashboard are on when they weren't before. Everyone has an attitude. I've been all around town trying to find this part that they said i needed. I've been to 3 Auto Zones and purchased the part for $140. I literally just came for an oil change. Now i have to wait an hour and a half for them to put the new part in. I called "corporate" and he literally blamed it on me. A bunch of incompetent assholes. Please save your hard earned money and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I stopped in without an appointment because of a tire with a slow leak. The technician had me pull in examined the tire and showed me the huge nail which was partly in the tread but on the side which made plugging the tire not the best option. They ordered me a new tire me amd had me on my way in less than a half hour. They were friendly and so courteous! read more

This is a really nice gas station but it's a really big gas station. It has everything here including two air pump so you don't have to wait for somebody if they're doing all of their tires. The biggest negative to me as the fact that it's on a busy corner and hard to get in and out of. I almost got rear-ended by someone in a rush not noticing I had my turn signal on to get in. Then once you get in the lot of the Exxon it's just a hectic. The pharmacy next-door has a one-way sign posted which I went right through and proceeded to the fuel pump. There was a school bus next to me a person behind me and someone blocking the front while I was at my pump. Due to it being so busy I had to wait for either one of those people to leave. That being said a gas station at the gas station and they have everything that you would expect I think I just prefer somewhere not as crazy. read more

This place ruined my truck. Everyone gave the bull considering I was a good customer. Once they took my cash for the repair, you couldnt get a straight answer anymore from these folks. I took my truck to another shop and they found that this shop cracked my exhaust manifold. They didnt even have the nerve to tell the truth consider I went back 3x for the same noise and they kept my truck for 4 weeks. At the end, still the same. Garbage services and garbage mechanics. Are you guys even ASE certified? Check their credentials first before taking any of your vehicle for services especially this shop. If you are going to this shop for the repair, make sure they give you the old parts and ask for warranty on the new parts to make sure it is new. These fools are worst than crooks. I visited this shop because it had appeared in the accredited shop for the MVA's emission paper. Needless to say I needed 400 in repairs in order to get a pass for 2014. They diagnosed the car, a Volvo 2000 S40 way back 5 months ago. They said that everything was ok but I wondered why the check engine light came back if they had fixed the damn thing. I thought since the car was old, it was most likely a glitch. Fast forward Novermber 2014, I had brought my car to Miller's Automotive and I found out that they pulled the wool over my eyes. Instead of new parts as they claimed, they replaced it what I needed with used parts! I am a woman and yes, the stereotype when it comes to repairs I admit I am one of but not when it comes to driving lol. To cut the long story short. If you don't know crap about cars, it's better to go to someone you know and trust so they don't cheat you out of $$$$ in claiming they bought new parts but then not. What comes around goes around you know. Also just because their name appears on the MVA brochure means they are sanctioned. No according to the MVA, they paid to have their names on there. Ok. So i dealt with before and didn't have a problem. But today... problem i took my car in for an alignment and dropped it off bout 8:30-9 a.m. ( was told to come in early to get it by afternoon). So.. 2:46 p.m. comes around and I call. They said it was not ready . So let time go by and started thinking.. wait a min what time they close? Its 4:30 p.m.? Called back was told it was done but then the guy says hold up and phone went dead. So i got my uber headed there called back said the were done. By the time i got to the car it was around 5:30 p.m. for an ALIGNMENT? I know they said they were busy but 8 hours for an alignment? What made me mad is.. if you are a business... and its getting close to closing, why would a customer have to call you to find out if everything was done? If i had not called I would have been short. I had no clue on the progress of my car. That is not good business practice. I do not need an update hourly but that close to closing? Say something. Yeah i have to reevaluate going back. I've been going to Greenbelt Exxon for almost 5 years and 2 cars, now. In the beginning the service was great, the staff was friendly and I was even able to sit in the garage with them and watch them while they worked on my vehicle. They would even drive me home if they needed to work on my car for more than an hour. A few years ago, I used the Towing Service and they came to retrieve me in a timely fashion. Since then, it seems the staff and management has changed and the service has gone completely down hill. I can no longer watch them while they work. Instead I am given a chair near the bathroom, inside the snack area. More importantly, They told me I needed my fluids topped off and my tires rotated. I hadn't done that in some time so i paid for the service. The next time I came in, they told me... I needed my fluids topped off and my tires rotated. Of course they failed to do the job I paid for initially, so that time I came from behind the peanut snacks and watched them top off my fluids. They also told me I needed a new battery, but when I got it tested, the battery was in good shape. I am even doubting now if they actually gave me a transmission flush a few months ago. Unfortunately, I will not be returning for their services, but thank you for the great experience you provided me years ago. read more

I've been buying gas here for years with no problem. But the last two times I tried to fill up here, the pump failed to shut off automatically, and gas overflowed out of the tank and all over my car. The first time, I thought it was a bizarre fluke, but it happened again today. I told the attendant, who shrugged and said that nobody else had mentioned it. I've never had this happen ever, at any other gas station or with any car. I just Googled to see whether by chance there could be an issue with my car's gas tank, but every site I visited says that the problem has to be with the gas pump--probably a clogged filter. (Don't be mad at the customer because you're a tow truck driver). Even tried to charge me extra until I google mapped the amount of miles he was actually driving. My purse was stolen out of my car at this station WHILE I WAS PUMPING GAS. The police said this station gets hit regularly by a coordinated group of thieves. If it happens so regularly, they should have better security. If they aren't complicit, they just don't care.
