Soaking wet dog, clumps of hair coming off, pictures are from HOURS after being "done" at 12:40 when they began blowing up my phone

If I could give less than one star I would. I was told that because a medical director was available anxious dogs could be given light anesthesia, the opposite is true. The receptionist told me just to give him his anxiety meds. I dropped 2 large breed dogs off at 10:57 for brush and bath, by 12:40 they were apparently done. Before leaving I had asked if the dogs were able to stay after their appointment until my husband could pick them up, they said yes. But I began getting hourly calls, they then reported they would charge me $15 per dog for 4 hours of boarding, when my dogs had been there for 2.5 hours total. When I went to pick my dogs who were "done" up, they were soaking wet, hard clumps of hair falling from them and nails had barely been touched. All of the groomers had left even though hours of operation at 8-5. The receptionist/finance woman refused to provide her name after attempting to call the police for unpaid services on services that were absolutely not complete. They've then continued to harass me, sending texts that say "DO NOT SCHEDULE" and though my appointment was a few days I had to threaten with the magistrate for a refund.

This place is the best. They are very affordable and they will love your dog like one of their own. The owners are so kind and the service is stellar.

We took our puppy, Wickey, here for his first ever grooming and it was a huge success Not only did his cut look great, he also smelled really nice and even got a cute little Thanksgiving themed bandana (not shown in the photo because he wiggled out of it lol). On top of it all the price was super affordable and the staff was friendly. We will definitely be taking Wickey back for all his grooming needs, and we would recommend this place to anyone!

This place is a hidden gem. Quick and affordable. Look at the wonderful job they did to my little furball

After his first "puppy cut" just to trim and clean him up and get used to grooming

We started taking our Aussiedoodle puppy Pax here when he was 4 months old and they never disappoint! The first visit was a "puppy cut" just to get him used to the experience and noise etc, and he seemed very calm and happy afterwards which was great! We've been back a few times since and recently asked for a shorter cut and we absolutely love it and he looks soooo handsome! The staff really listen to your requests/concerns and the prices are very reasonable too - puppy cuts costs less and as they grow into an adult (especially with hair that mats easily) the price will increase but remain affordable. I know sometimes dogs feel traumatized by the groomer, but Pax is ALWAYS excited to go to Greenfield Grooming and is so proud of his cut after!! During the pandemic they have curbside assistance FYI.

I'm new to the area and had the toughest time getting into any groomer in Pittsburgh. My maltese has been to the same groomer all her life so I wanted to be sure she was in the best of hands. Donna, the owner, was very nice and welcoming and took some time talking about her family grooming business. I was very happy and I think my dog was happy too.

I recently had a disappointing experience with this business. I've brought my dog here around five…read moretimes before, worked with several groomers, and never had any issues until now. Unfortunately, this most recent experience was bad enough that I felt it warranted a review. Shortly after booking my dog's grooming appointment for Saturday (5/16), I received an email saying it had been rescheduled to the following Saturday (5/23) because of a scheduling error on their end. The email claimed they had tried calling me but couldn't get through, despite the fact that I've spoken with them by phone multiple times before and since without issue. The only accommodation offered for the inconvenience was a $5 discount on a future appointment that would expire before I'd likely return. Because the new date was inconvenient, I rescheduled online for Monday (5/18). After dropping my dog off Monday morning, I picked her up about an hour later. The groomer told me she had done great and that there were "no issues." However, once I got home, I noticed several of her nails had not been trimmed at all, while others were barely cut. Nail trimming was included in the grooming package I paid roughly $60 for after tax and fees, so I called to explain the issue. The owner promptly called me back and offered an appointment for the following day, which I couldn't make because of work. I asked about Friday or Saturday instead. There was no Friday availability, so the earliest option was once again Saturday (5/23) -- the same inconvenient date I had originally tried to avoid. The only available times also conflicted with plans I had already made, meaning I would have needed to rearrange my schedule just to have the service completed. At no point was any refund, discount, or other accommodation offered, despite the fact that I would now need to spend additional time and gas money returning for a service that should have been completed the first time. What bothered me most was the owner's attitude during our conversation. She spoke to me in a condescending and defensive manner, and I often felt like I was being lectured rather than listened to. She explained that they stop services if a dog becomes anxious, which I actually think is a great policy. However, if that was the case, it should have been communicated to me when I picked up my dog instead of being explicitly told there had been no issues. The owner even said she didn't know if there had been any issues because she hasn't spoken to the groomer yet. My dog is 7 years old and has had her nails trimmed many times before, both here and at other groomers, without any reported problems. Regardless, if a paid service cannot be fully completed for any reason, that should be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of service. The lack of communication and the owner's response felt very unprofessional. Once I mentioned that the combination of the scheduling problems, incomplete service, and poor communication would likely result in a negative review, the owner became even more defensive and insisted they were "doing everything they could" to make it right. But aside from offering to complete the service I had already paid for, nothing else was offered. The call ended with the owner insinuating there was no way to make me happy, and me simply saying thank you and hanging up. I ultimately decided not to bring my dog back because, after this interaction, I no longer felt comfortable trusting this business with her care. The owner also repeatedly emphasized that they are a small business. That's actually one of the reasons I chose to support them in the first place. But being a small business is not an excuse for poor service, poor communication, or poor customer service. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not recommend this business.

The staff was so sweet- Chrysanthemum took care of my little angel. Chrys was very gentle with my little girl as she was a little shy going into a new place. Thank you Chrys for making sure both Miss Molly and I were comfort trying a new place out.
