The woman at the bar who helped us had amazing energy and was extremely friendly and helpful. She recommended two NA wines I could try and described them both in detail. My bestie and I used to love going to Wine Market & Table for wine bingo, but after they closed a few years ago we never found anyone else who did it. Solely Wine has solved that! They have a nice selection of wines available by the glass, but they also have a much larger selection of wines, separated by type, that you can buy by the bottle (you can't grab them yourself off the shelf, a staff member has to do that) to open and drink there or take home. My friends and I each started out with just a glass of wine and then ended up buying some bottles to share while playing bingo since we were staying for a few hours and it was a better price point to share bottles. It can get expensive buying by the glass. They also have some snacks/appetizers available for purchase if you get hungry. The inside has lots of different seating options: cozy arm chairs and couches, large family-dinner-style tables, and smaller tables along the windows. They also have a beautiful patio! Towards the back they also have an art gallery and additional seating, although I don't think that space is always open. The bathroom is kept very clean and the staff are helpful and attentive. The old fashioned was perfectly crafted with a large square, clear ice block, Marasca cherry, and fresh orange zest. At just 12 tables, you get your table for the night, so there is no rush and your evening can be as long as you want to make it. They also have a gorgeous little side wine room that you can rent for parties of 6-8 for dinner. And there's a little bar area that seats maybe 4-6. We had reservations for 6pm, so there were only 2 or 3 other tables occupied when we got there, but they filled throughout the night (& we left close to 8pm). Our server Shaunda was delightful, and the owner Dan came around and checked on all the tables a few times as well. We were presented with a cous cous amuse bouche, a nice refreshing bite to start the evening. Hubs had an Italian Old Fashioned and I asked our server to pair wine for me, so it was a Decoy Sauv Blanc with our first course - the mussels. We asked for extra crostinis in order to soak up more of the delicious sauce they came in. Next was the beet arugula salad, so good! For entrees, hubs had the pappardelle bolognaise and got an iced T, and I had the short ribs with risotto, paired with a glass of cab franc. Dessert was coffee (americano) for each of us, and we split the tiramisu (see all my pics). We ate and enjoyed everything! Total with tax was right at 200 before gratuity. They are incredibly dark due to poor lighting and very cramped with small stalls and not enough sinks. Also paper supplies were not well stocked for this large crowd.

Casarecce is an s-shaped pasta that works well with chunky sauces. This dish was outstanding. Finally, at Chef's suggestion, we ordered the Barnsley chop, a thick double lamb loin chop cut from the saddle featuring two T-bones connected by a single piece of meat. It was cooked to perfection and accompanied by a fava bean puree. One of our number exclaimed that she had never had a better piece of lamb. The other two just could not remember, but certainly agreed that it was as good as any lamb we have ever had. And my spouse picked up the bone and chewed meat off of it. We ordered an unusual Rose from the Veneto and it was as perfect addition. We will all be back.
