The atmosphere is very Mexican with great murals and music inside. There is also outdoor seating. Service was quick and attentive. The food was very good, we opted for the mahi upgrade for the fish tacos which was a good choice.

The atmosphere insure is super cool, I was a big fan of the art. We had some definitely delicious mixed cocktails, in ordered the taquitos as my entire and they were the best I've ever eaten! We had a big party and the staff was super with handling all of our food and drink orders. Do note that it's cash only.

After a day at honeymoon beach we decided to stop by for a snack and drinks. The margarita was great and only $5 during happy hour. We tried a variety of chips and dips and loved them all, especially the shark face salsa that had quite a kick but great flavor. We also had a pork quesadilla which was really tasty and the perfect snack to end our day. Prices were very reasonable and staff was friendly. A good stop in St John!

I really enjoyed my lunch here! I came for lunch during happy hour with a party of 8 looking for some delicious but affordable food. This did not disappoint! We did not have a reservation but we were seated within 10 minutes. They had a variety of good Mexican food options so everyone in the party had plenty to choose from and all were happy with their meals. We started with the pork nachos which were delicious and there was plenty to share. For drinks the house margarita was only $5 during happy hour and it was great! I had the special of the day which were the steak and queso tacos, I really enjoyed this! Other people in my party got the burrito, enchiladas and burrito bowl. Meals ranged from $16-25 which I thought was very reasonable and all meals were tasty. I would highly recommend coming here for casual dinning that can accommodate larger parties. It is also in a fun part of town with plenty of shops close by to check out after your meal!

Food was good, our waiter was very nice (helpful, didn't rush us, food came in a reasonable time), and the place has a fun relaxing vibe. Being in Mongoose Junction it was easy to park, little shops to pop into and didn't have the chaos of the "downtown" portion of Cruz Bay. There is a big bar area and big screen TVs. We sat on the balcony outside. I would recommend.

Great pork tacos and house Margarita!

This restaurant has such a unique design and a great casual Mexican restaurant. It is located upstairs behind an outdoor bar. There is an outdoor patio area. One faces towards the beach (there was direct sunlight here so we didn't sit here) and one facing the shops. Food: I ordered tacos which came with a choice of one meat. I chose pork tacos and it had such a nice crunchy shell. These tacos were so heavily packed that I was only able to eat 2 of the 3 and took boxes one to take home. I would rate this a 9/10. My fiancé got a shrimp burrito with the sauce "smothered." We weren't really sure what this meant but our waiter recommended the burrito styled this way. Basically it's like a wet burrito and that sauce they use is phenomenal. This burrito was a 10 out of 10. Drinks: I got a house margarita which was good. The house margaritas is what I order when I'm looking for a choice that is well known to me. I was told by our waiter that it was happy hour until 5pm but came to find out during the time of the bill that happy hour is only Monday through Friday. We came in a Saturday, but the manager Terry still accommodated the happy hour price. My fiancé got a double pain killer which was 10/10. Definitely recommend this drink! It has a dark rum, pineapple juice, Orange juice, coconut cream, and nutmeg topping. Service: The service was great since we didn't have such great customer service since coming to St.Thomas. Terri was so sweet and still gave me the happy hour price of my house margarita. Definitely recommend!

Zach, the guy waiting all the tables and running the bar, was gracious to a fault. We had a huge mango margarita that we split, then followed that with a blended raspberry margarita. Both were amazing, fresh, and delicious. Despite being so busy, Zach took a few minutes to share his love of tequila, and showed us their growing collection. It was a great way to finish our evening. We'd go back for the bar alone, but as I said, the food looked great, so we'll probably have dinner, as well.

We saw a roach on the wall and that should've had us running, but we were outside so we let that go. When we got the bill she charged us $10 for chips and salsa when menu said 5 dollars also it was like a side of salsa versus an order! The waitress was so rude and since we waited so long and took it to go they charged us 1 dollar/ box. LAST BUT NOT LEAST I ordered an empanada and I what appeared to be a quesadilla. When I told her this wasn't right she kept insisting it was intact an empanada. All in all one of the worst places, atmosphere and service I have ever seen or have been to.

The tacos were flavorful and the ingredients tasted fresh, especially with their house salsa on the side. I also grabbed a bottle of water ($3.09). A great place with a small bar, some seating outside and inside. We ordered their Mango Especial, a blended margarita, and it was refreshing and tasty (see picture). For lunch, we ordered their 3 flour blackened Mahi fish tacos (it was EXCELLENT; fish cooked perfectly and the slaw & salsa added extra crunch and flavor) and they had a special order Chorizo soft tacos w/ side of beans/rice (the bean/rice are AWESOME! The tacos were very tasty but adding the salsa from my Mahi tacos put them up another level). My only complaint was the slow service (& they added an automatic 18% gratuity). The bartender was working her butt off making drinks & delivering food. The other 2 servers were overwhelmed with the fact that there were 5 cruise ships in town (both made the comments when asked by patrons "how's it going"). Our server forgot to bring water (had to ask twice) and then had to ask twice and wait for the extra salsa for the tacos. So if you're not pressed for time, the FOOD is worth the wait! We will be back on our next port day (just hope there aren't that many ships in port. lol)

We were taken out on the shuttle and told we'd need to swim the final 10 yards or so. As someone who didn't exactly grow up in the water, that was easier said than done. I even had a floatie for assistance, but it didn't inspire much confidence. It was the longest two minutes of my life. To make matters even more exciting, the water was pretty choppy that day. To be clear, this is completely a "me" problem and not a reflection of the establishment at all. I just hope that one day there's an easier option for land-loving odd ducks like myself to enjoy the experience without convincing ourselves we're about to become part of a maritime rescue operation. Once we made it, though, it was absolutely worth it. We ordered a couple of margaritas that were fresh, strong, and delicious. I had the Spiced Tuna Taco and my wife ordered the Shrimp Taco. We absolutely inhaled them. I would've happily ordered several more rounds if I hadn't been mentally preparing for the swim back to the shuttle. The vibe was fun, energetic, and laid-back. Being from St. Louis, it was a happy coincidence that they were playing Nelly and Chingy all afternoon, which made me feel oddly at home. All in all, this was a stellar experience, and I would absolutely go back. I may just want to log a few more hours of swimming practice first.
