This company has repeatedly come to our door soliciting services despite "No Soliciting" signs being posted both at the neighborhood entrance and directly in front of our porch. Today, their representative acknowledged that he saw the sign and understood it meant no selling, but he still proceeded to start pitching services. I told him I was not interested and pointed out that the sign clearly says no soliciting. This was not a misunderstanding. The sign was visible, he acknowledged it, and he continued anyway. I do not appreciate a company ignoring clearly posted homeowner boundaries. I would not recommend this company's door-to-door sales practices. read more

Greenix was extremely disorganized, their communication was poor and their expertise was suspect at best. We had a rodent infestation. Their first visit, they sent someone to the house who was uncertain this company would be able to provide the service necessary to remedy the problem. He also wasn't able to access parts of the house with the nest and he did not have enough experience to provide information to us regarding the extent of the problem. After bringing his supervisor, they placed traps around to house. After this appointment they have routinely been late to inspect the traps. There have been days where they were hours late and provided no update to me or my family of when they would come. They also would schedule follow-up appointments and then move these appointments to other days without informing us. Would give them a 0 if I could. I was with the company for a year. Technicians are very nice. The office staff is unresponsive. Someone hacked my bank account, so my automatic payment was halted due to my bank account being frozen until things resolved. Instead of calling me to address this issue, they stopped servicing my property and continued charging me. i was busy resolving issues with my bank account. I called and texted that I was cancelling my service. They told me I need to talk to an accounts manager. I was on hold for 15 minutes and then a staff member came on the line and told me they were very busy so an accounts manager would call me back. No one ever called, but they emailed me to call again. I already cancelled service and they should not have charged me for 2 months, yet they continue to ask me to call again and trying to collect for 2 months when THEY cancelled my service call. We signed up for this service last August thinking it would help with stink bugs. It did but over time we realized (I know, duh!) we weren't seeing any butterflies or bees so we decided to cancel. Cancelling was maddening. The first representative insisted she needed a reason other than we don't want to kill the good with the bad. Next I got the supervisor, same run around. I realize she is doing her job but trying to wear us down is not the way to leave people happy. On the up side. The young men we dealt with when they came to spray were great. I pray their health isn't affected by spraying this poison. Would give this a 0 star rating if I could. We called about a carpenter bee issue and were told they could take care of that. The visit consisted of a general "pest prevention" treatment and locked us in a 12 month contract with NOTHING to do with the carpenter bees. We called immediately and told them to cancel the contract. Months later we got a notice they were coming out for treatment and we were confused because we thought it was cancelled. We were on the phone with multiple individuals from their "account services" team all telling us different things. The one account manager told us we can pay the cancellation fee or simply keep pushing out the treatment (refusing treatment each quarter) as a loophole to get us through the contract without being serviced. We went that route of course only for them to then go back on that suggestion and tell us that was not possible and we'd need to continue with their prevention treatments for the full 12 months or pay the $299 cancellation fee. They claim they do not have a recorded call that ever mentions the loophole one of their account managers gave us (convenient). We will be getting our lawyer involved. DO NOT use this company. They are deceptive and have terrible customer service practices. read more

I signed up with Greenx specifically because of my allergies to wasp and bee venom. After several attempts to treat a known entrance of the wasps they were no help. I called Orkin they did one treatment and problem solved. As I discovered Greenx is mainly a preventative service not a killing the issue Service. Also they cannot get on a ladder and of course not on a roof. well guess where many issues exist. orkin was less expensive and their service people are so much more educated about what they do. Greenx told me no problem killing the wasps and I finally got one service man to tell me what product was used and Orkin said not at all what should be used for the issue I had. I think the word Green tells the story of their products used. don't let them snow you about what they do. They signed several homes in the area and many are not satisfied either. read more

I hired Greenix to help with ants. I had googled "pest control near me' in Minneapolis and Greenix was on the list with decent google reviews. My experience has been less than satisfactory. For starters, they AREN'T local...customer service is outsourced overseas so when my ants came back a month after their initial visit, it took quite awhile to convey the issue and get a visit scheduled due to a language barrier and a sketchy phone connection. I was also promised 'indoor/outdoor treatment' but indoor amounted to a tech smearing the same ant gel that I can buy at the hardware store on two window frames. Warning: call them initially and you get someone based in the US and they are VERY good at not letting you off the phone until you've signed up. You can't cancel once you're signed up without incurring a $250 fee. read more

Very difficult company to work with. They have no idea what services I have asked for, thus leading to incomplete coverage. They changed the rodent control method without any communication until they got to my home. Does not work, we still catch Mice almost daily with old fashioned traps, this is after 5 years of their services. When I tried to cancel my account, I had to convince 2 separate people that I really wanted to cancel my account. The second person I talked to, Hiram, an account manager was argumentative and threatening and asked me to call him back in 2 months to cancel, this is after already spending 15 minutes convincing him and his colleague, when I refused, he then threatened to pick up the traps immediately, even though I had paid for them through the end of the month. I signed up around April because we had a vole problem, I went ahead and added to my service to take care of bug in the yard. First time they said they sprayed I didn't notice a difference, they said give it a few days... come June I was suppose to have someone come spray my yard again. (Second time now). The guy sat in his truck for 15 minutes and then he walked along my house 3 times not doing anything. He had the equipment to spray but never stepped foot into my grass. I work from home, I watched him walk along the house not one time spraying anything from what I could see. He was gone within 15 minutes... I'm sorry it takes longer then 15 minutes to spray my yard. The guy left and asked me to leave a review. I asked how can you spray a yard if you don't walk in it? How can you be here for 30 minutes and 15 of those be ​in your car? No response. I reached out to schedule a date a week later as the insects have become a MAJOR problem. Because they say you can call and have them come out when you see a problem or before a party etc. Well I said the 7th or 8th of July would work, they said they can squeeze me in on the 25th?! Tell me why I watched their truck drive past my house and do a neighbors in the subdivision the next day after this conversation with them? My neighbors have them on cameras where they were not spraying the yard as well. They like to scam you monthly and when the problem persists and you go to cancel they want to charge you 300 dollars. *****Update! I called customer Service this morning and dealt with 2 lovely ladies. Ava was so kind and listened to me and helped me get something scheduled for sooner with her manager and the lead service pro and apologized. As a new customer for rodent (mice) should be 4 times first month, they showed up twice, set out 29 traps with Slim Jim meat stick as bait. House smells and not one mouse caught in a 30-day period. Mouse droppings everywhere. Charged me $544 for nothing. Had the worst time trying to cancel this service!! When they came to pick up their boxes and mouse traps no given window of time when they would arrive, just a text message saying they would be here in 5 minutes. August 2025 called and requested service, technician that came to my home said it would be 69.99 per visit and we had to sign a contract for 1 year but we could cancel any time with no issues. When I first started my service with Greenix I definitely saw a decrease in spiders and ants around my home. However, this season I'm not seeing much of a difference actually it seems that my population has increased, but I'm saying maybe because I don't know if it's because we had such a warm 2024 winter. But every time I call, they send someone out to do another treatment so from a customer service perspective, they are five stars. I have never left a review, but I have been so disappointed by our experience with Greenix that I had to. I called to cancel due to a very necessary budget change for our family; I am a stay at home mom and my husband's job is 100% commission. This felt like a monthly subscription that was not a necessity. We had tried to cancel in the past, but found out when you agree to their services it's a 12 month contract (seriously??) -- they do not make this clear at all; you must read the fine print of the contract. You would think the person who comes to your door might mention that detail, but they do not. At this most recent time of cancellation, I knew we had been a customer for over 12 months so I should be good to cancel. Instead, I find out that bc we added one service the month before, the 12 month contract is renewed and we still will have to pay $320 to cancel. When adding that service, no one once said this out loud to us. I had even told the man at the door that we had planned on cancelling soon and asked if this addition would cause any issues cancelling, to which he said no. So after being a customer for over a year, they will not let us out of the $320 cancellation fee. The "account manager" I spoke to on the phone showed no compassion or understanding. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to, and he said "no" and that if we were going to "keep talking in circles" he would have to disconnect the call. Anyway, the man identified himself as "Chaz" and started to deliver a high-pressure sales spiel, even mentioning that they're doing business with "Teresa" and someone else down the street (just pointing behind him). I told him that I don't deal with door to door salesmen, because I don't have time to research their company. So, I asked him for a business card and of course, he didn't have one. He pulled up his tablet and pulled up his website with a high review score, but I wasn't buying it, and told him I don't like to be pressured into a sale and he visibly got angry. Wow. I signed up with a guy that stopped by my house for ant control. I realized that I just poisoned my garden and tried to cancel my account. I was very nice but firm that I want to cancel. Repeatedly I had to request a cancellation. I didn't even ask for less than the termination fee. Repeatedly she would not just cancel my account but wanted to adjust the treatment notes. I said we are adults, just do what I asked and cancel my account. Very poor service. They promised us the moon and made us sign a one year contract. We were told by the sales rep that we can call them anytime we notice a problem in between servicing. After the first service itself we started noticing problems. Called them twice, they gave us an appointment and I stayed home for them, but they never showed up. Once a month is all that they come. They do not even spend more than 10 minutes treating your property but spend half an hour selling you additional products. Absolutely unaccountable company. Greenix unsolicited targeted my 85 year old widowed mother as she lives in a neighborhood of elderly single and retired people. they convinced her that she needed monthly pest control because she admitted to having some ants in her yard. this escalated to a monthly charge of $40 and she unwittingly consented to a year long tcontract. they then convinced her that she needed rodent control in the form of a bunch of boxes filled with bricks placed around her house which was an additional $59 a month which she thought was a one time charge. when she realized she had committed to a monthly charge she asked to have the boxes removed and the representative offered a reduced price explaining she was committed to the service. when i learned of this chicanery i contacted greenix and tried to cancel the service and was told the boxes would be removed within a week. two weeks later the boxes where still there and she received another bill for the rodent traps. I called again on her behalf and was told they would come for the boxes but she would be charged a $250 cancellation fee. when I requested to cancel all their services because... this is so wrong. they threatened to take my mother to collections. I had to agree to continue the $40 a month regular fee until December to avoid legal action and collections. read more

the basic treatments seem to work but never expect them to kill wasps or yellow-jackets. first off they can not use a ladder, go into an attic or a crawl space. after 3 treatments of yellow jackets no help. the environmental products they use are not good for yellow jackets. also it's almost impossible to get past the initial answer person who it appears is at home in their pajamas. promised a call back from a supervisor no reply 3 times. my advice is Orkin less expensive bi monthly treatments by $23 and a contact person at the main office and they know how to kill a yellow jacket or wasp nest read more

I had a great experience with Greenix. I got a one time home spray. They all told me it's organic and safe for pets. I felt zero pressure to upgrade or add on to my requests from their team.
