Just put a bottle of simple (fruit flavored maybe) syrup on the counter for folks that want it sweetened. Oh, you probably want to label all the drinks next to the boylan soda fountain and show the price. The teriyaki bowl was yummy but u need to put the same portion in a bigger bowl. Food kept spilling out as I was digging down with my fork to get at the rice. Offer a few kid size choices, like grilled cheese, small bean, cheese and rice burrito, etc. Maybe offer greek yogurt with a few different toppings. Will be back! read more

The food here is really good and the owners are really nice and are very involved in their business, often getting on the registers to help their staff. I really respect that. One of the owners Matt is extremely kind and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but some of the staff is rude and needs to learn what great customer service is. Today I decided to come here for lunch with a co-worker who has never been here. I ordered a salad and the girl that works there with the glasses that wears a hat and her hair in a bun was very rude! She was asking something and was looking in my direction so I thought she was asking what dressing I wanted. When I told her she says in a rude and nasty tone "NOT YOU"! She could've said "Oh, I'm sorry I was speaking to the customer in back of you" or spoken in a nicer tone. Apparently she was speaking to the customer who ordered before me who was standing behind me and not in front/on the side of me. How am I supposed to know that when there was no one in front/ on the side of me? She was basically an a-hole for no reason. I often eat here and rave to many of my co-workers about this place but if the way the girl treated me today is the type of service I can expect in the future then I will find somewhere else to go and discourage my co-workers from going there as well. I also bring some co-workers that have never been here to this place for lunch and spend my money there (the stuff is kinda pricey it the food quality is worth it) so I shouldn't have to deal with rude staff. Not all of the staff is rude but I've encountered two since I've started going here. I hope they develop some type of training in customer service for the rude staff so they know how to treat paying customers because their behavior is off putting. I absolutely love this place. The place and the food is very clean. Excellent for someone who wants to eat out but also eat a healthy meal. Firs time I went I had the lean and mean turkey chili bowl,p. Excellent with just the right amount of spice. The second time I had the surf and turf special. Very healthy serving of lean steak and shrimp over brown rice. Now they have added Bison and I can't wait to try it. read more

I love this place, from their smoothies, to their salads, to the zoodles and meatballs. The seasonal menu additions are awesome and everything is delicious. I haven't had a bad meal yet. We routinely order from here where I work and our orders are never wrong. Sometimes it can take a little longer than it should to get your food, but that's a rare occurrence when they're very busy (they likely need a bigger kitchen). Some things are a little pricey, but I'll happily pay a few dollars extra for fresh, healthy, food. The turkey meatballs and turkey meatloaf are delicious and I love the zucchini fries. read more

I've been ordering from Greenlife for quite some time now. The food tastes good. But i dont think i'll be ordering from them for quite a while. I usually order their Turkey burger with baked potato fries. the price went up from $12.50 to $13.50 with no warning and wasn't handed a revised menu. They also changed the bread for the turkey burger. Went from a pretty good size roll to a thin round flat bread and the burgers are a lot smaller. So an inflation in prices for less food doesn't sit well with me. read more

I am so happy to have Greenlife in Mamaroneck. Their salads are great and their menu items are even better. They have a lean protein bowl with flavorful and fresh turkey chili, baked sweet potato, and avocado. I could eat that any day. Today I had turkey meat balls over zucchini "spaghetti" with red sauce. It was ten dollars and a good size for lunch. The dish was awesome. If you were to order the same thing at a less casual restaurant, you might pay double. Luckily, you can get it at Greenlife in a laid back and completely unpretentious setting. Yes, it's a fast-casual spot, but the food is so far above (especially the non-salad items). Over quite a few visits, I think I've interacted with all the co-founders. They all seem nice, friendly, and happy to provide a good meal at a reasonable cost. They seem to have a lot of pride in the place. One of the guys, Mark, couldn't be more friendly and approachable. I hope this place sticks around for a long time. read more

I have been going to GreenLife since day 1! This is by far the best place to eat on Mamaroneck Ave. The smoothies are out of this world along with all of their custom salads and dishes. I Absolutely love this place!!! Im not sure if they're a franchise or not but hope they open a place in Yonkers where I live. I found GreenLife basically by mistake after I had a meeting in Mamaroneck a few weeks back. I looked in the window and saw a beautiful, spotlessly clean looking restaurant. It is primarily a salad spot but they offer sandwiches, wraps and smoothies. Since I've already been back about 8 times, I've tried several of their menu items. All were delicious (great sandwiches) but what gets me coming back more than anything else is the fact that I know everything they serve is healthy and always tastes fresh. I have recommended this restaurant to many of my friends and family and they all tell me the same thing-The Place is Great! read more

I really really want this place to stay open but.... Just went and ordered salads. Girl taking order seemed annoyed to be there. I used up all the steak for one of my salads and I asked if there was more. She said nope, all gone. Then another employer comes out with steak. Lazy order taking girl just didn't want to check. Then I asked for my salad extra chopped but the chopping guy had already chopped it. I said you didn't give me a chance to tell you how I wanted it chopped and he told me that choppers were not mind readers. Ok.... Then he asked me about dressing for another salad and I said no dressing thank you. Guy says I didn't ask you if you wanted dressing in the salad, I asked you if you wanted dressing. He was so rude and mean I wanted to walk out but only reason I didn't was because salads were for my kids. Absolutely obsessed with Greenlife! Friendly staff and a gorgeous place to eat. They have a very large menu with tons of options! From the Acai Bowl to the Vegetarian Chili to the Green Life Salad I love it all! Their food is always fresh with lots of flavor, I wish I could eat here all the time! The only thing is the food can be a little pricy and I wish their delivery minimum wasn't so high, they have a $35 delivery minimum which can be hard to fulfill when for example only two people in the house want Greenlife for dinner. The menu I have from them says nothing about a delivery minimum and I was told since my order was only $20 its not worth having someone deliver our food. How disgusting is that.
