I really enjoyed my first time at Greenlife. When you walk in it's very open and almost like a trendy spot in LA or NYC. I got the BYO salad and for the size the price was amazing- especially for how fresh the ingredients were. I definitely recommend the tzatziki yogurt dressing! Been craving salad so i decided to finally try this place out. As you walk in there is plenty of tables. At the counter, you see shelves with containers of greens. I liked the fact that when the employee ask what i wanted and i wasn't sure about the cobb salad he had ask if i was sure that is what i wanted. Then he asked if i wanted any chicken or steaks. Chicken looked dry to me so i decided just a plain cobb is good. It is big, bigger then what i usually get at the hospital. It is worth the $10.00+ . Probably will go again during the summer. Couldn't give five stars because of the dressing, i like a specific dressing and it's what i use at home and no i don't carry a bottle with me, i should but i don't. GreenLife is exactly what clean eaters and healthy foodies have been looking for! The atmosphere was very welcoming thanks to the owner. I've never been to a restaurant where the owner actually talked to customers for more than 3 minutes trying to get to know them on a more personal level. The staff was great and friendly. I ordered a Kalefornia Caesar Salad and it was deliciously made. The ingredients were fresh which is always a plus. The prices are a tad bid expensive but if you want to eat good quality, fresh food then that is expected. I will definitely be back! I never write reviews but this place is awesome! The food is delicious and superfresh. I have ordered from here multiple times and it has been consistently delicious. The smoothies are perfect. Salads and sandwiches are made with quality products. This may sound silly but they even take care in their deliveries by placing the salad dressing containers in a cup to avoid spills. So disappointed in Green Life on Mamaroneck Avenue. My husband and son just went in to buy some of their dressing. My son has food allergies and finding foods is difficult for him -- he loves this dressing. The obnoxious owner said that he could buy a salad but not buy dressing alone. Not bad, but needs more vegan options. I'd also encourage them to be get pasture raised farm to table organic meat so that any meat does not come from a factory. It would also be a great way to support local farms. All fish should be line caught. I agree with the generally favorable reviews. Greenlife serves some really good food, the selection is excellent and it's been a great addition to Mamaroneck. Some of my favorites are the Lean and Mean bowl and the Bison Boss bowl. The only knock I have on the place is the incorrect caloric count on their dishes. The food portions and caloric counts on the menu don't jibe. But this is by no means fatal. Greenlife is surely worth visiting! read more

Giving 1 star because I got severe food poisoning from the "Lean & Mean" turkey chili, and when I called to let them know, one of the owners blew me off and said they stick to strict food safe practices and this must have been a bad reaction to one of the ingredients. The service is friendly, the fresh, healthy wraps, salads, and hot bowls of food are delicious and a welcome addition to Mamaroneck Ave's offerings. The juices and smoothies are overpriced, but that's kind of true of every juice bar everywhere. Curious to see how this place pans out over the long haul. I really like places that specify calorie count(I'd like full nutritional facts-but calories are better than nothing). I work pretty close and live close so I go at least a few times a month. While it's alittle pricey, the food and service is good. I have never dined in but my orders are usually accurate. Once it twice they have forgotten the peppers on my wrap and side sauce. I love the idea of GreenLife but I cannot trust their calorie count. Certain items on the menu are just not accurate. For those of us looking to watch our intake, the information GL provides in misleading and flat out wrong. They should invest some time and money getting the menu properly assessed so that their customers can work their offerings into their diets. For something on the pricier side, it's nice to know what you're eating is actually organic and fresh. I'm not saying that they do not offer organic options but with the calorie counts being so extremely off, I can't help but feel like they may be posing as a healthy option.... Greenlife is one of my favorite restaurants! It hasn't been open long but I go here 2 or 3 times a week on my lunch hour. They know my name and I love their royalty program (one stamp on the card for every $10 spent). I've loved everything I ever ordered. My favorite sandwich is the Sweet Chick (chicken, sweet potato, onions, greens, melted cheese and spicy mayo). My favorite salad is the Cobb Life with grilled chicken. So yummy! I also love their grilled veggie sandwich with olive tapenade. It leaves me satisfied (you would think since it's all veggies it would be too light but it's perfect!). I also love the big tuna sandwich and the chili bowl. Came the first week it had open, not too bad of a place. The staff were friendly and patient with helping me decide on what to get. Only down side is that it's location is not the best. Located right on Mamaroneck ave so finding parking might take a while. If you're a local and you live near by then you'll be fine.
