Dion was personable, interesting to talk to and I think God sent him to me that day. I'm very sick, I receive palliative care at home.I'm alone 95% of the time because I don't have an immune system left. It makes me kind of like the ancient movie starring John Travolta. It was a made for TV movie when there were on!y 3 channels. Anyhow, Travolta's character was born without an immune system and the smallest infection could kill him. I've been fighting lupus since 2003. Then cancer in 2019. In that 16 year span, I lost the only people in my family who loved me. I had one person left and that was my oldest brother, who was special needs.I started chemotherapy in June, 2021, I finished on December 17th, 2021. My brother died suddenly, in my arms, on the morning of December 31, 2021. My other brother, the coroner, couldn't bother himself to stay. I'm glad he didn't, Joel needed love and I gave all I have. I'm in remission from cancer but I'm left without any immune system. Oh, in April, 2022, I was hospitalized for 3 weeks from covid-19 double pneumonia. I don't remember much of 2021 except the last days. I don't remember much of 2022 except being in the hospital. I have to wear oxygen sometimes. Dion was kind. He listened to me because I was about to burst. He not only listened but be responded so that I knew he really was HEARING what I was saying. I have two friends that are my family. I can't go outside for strolls anymore, not until I begin receiving infusions, and hopefully my body will accept the transfusions. Dion worked inside my home while listening to me talk. I think that I was close to having a nervous breakdown. But, he listened to me like I mattered. I don't feel like I matter very much at all anymore. My other brother I haven't heard from since January 13, 2023 while I was waiting in layover to come home. That was about a 2 minute phone call at most. Anyway, Dion sprayed every room, I've seen one dead cockroach since then. But, he took time to provide a service that's needed these days, he treated me with kindness, he did listen and he said to call back if I saw anymore bugs or if I just needed a hug and to talk. So, he killed the bugs in my house and he sprayed my heart with kindness. I've never received poor treatment from anyone representing Evergreen, but Dion went above and beyond. He did more than get rid of bugs in my house. He applied a salve to my shattered heart. I'd give him 10 stars if it were possible. We have had the Greenline services done pretty much monthly at our home and have ALWAYS loved using them. Today, they were LIFE SAVERS! I couldn't get out due to an unexpected wasp nest that appeared at my car out of NOWHERE! I called and spoke with Gina on the phone who helped calm me down and was able to get ahold of two wonderful guys, Logan and Mathew, who were servicing in the area. They were able to come out, last minute to take care of this nest and the wasp that was paired with it. Logan and Mathew were not only able to make the time to come out in their busy schedule, but they did it quickly and with no issues whatsoever. Not only were they professional, but they never made me feel bad for having this SEVERE fear of wasps. On top of the service, they were genuine and empathetic. As someone who is a manager in customer service, ALL THREE people I had helping me today, would be people I would want on my team. I love Greenline! They are a good company that operates with integrity, and they are great at keeping my house free of nasty bugs. I recently had a visit from a Greenline bug destroyer (my word, not theirs. They're heroes to me.), and it went well, as always. The bug destroyer came first to the front door to let me know he was here, then he went to work while I stayed in the house. He sprayed around the foundation of the house, three feet up & three feet out. He sprayed the shed that's near our house, he swept cobwebs and also sprayed for wasps in the places they've been known to build their wasp homes, and likely more that my addled brain doesn't recall. We have also asked for extra treatments before, such as help with rodents or extra tough beetles. We are always well taken care of. I always receive a reminder text the day before a treatment, and with automatic monthly payments, I never have to worry over paying my bill. When he had not yet arrived at 8:30am, I called your offices and left a message because they were not yet open. We had arranged our schedules around the 8:00am appointed time. He called at about 8:40am and said he would be about 25 more minutes. He said his window was from 8am-10am. There was no mention of a time window by the salesman. Apparently, there was some disconnect or misunderstanding between the salesman/us/Trevin. Trevin apologized several time for being late. Although, the miscue probably cost him a tip, Trevin performed the service efficiently and with professionalism. I did not hold the miscue against him in assessing his performance, giving him 5 stars, However, the jury is still out on The Greenline service and communications. read more

We've been looking for a company to help us take care of the box elder bugs in our back yard. Most of the companies we've spoken with would treat for ants and some spiders but box elders and wasps would cost much more than a standard package. Greenline Pest was in the neighborhood treating some homes and a salesman came by to offer their services while they were in the area. The salesman was very respectful and never pushy. They explained they could take care of all the pests we were having an issue with at one flat rate. They best news was the products they used were safe for our pets after just a few minutes of drying. We had a technician (Tanner) at our house within the week for our first treatment inside and outside of our home. The technician was very kind and explained everything they were doing in a way that made sense to us. I definitely recommend this company as so far all I have is high praise. read more

I had never heard of Greenline Pest Solutions before two day ago; Easton a pleasant and well-informed young man introduced himself and explained his company's services. Since my home has a wasp problem for over 13 years I decided to see what Greenline solutions could do. Jayden, the technician, showed up about 20 minutes later and sprayed inside, outside, removed several wasp nests and treated the exterior of our home. By midafternoon I saw one wasp! This morning when they are normally flying all around the doors and all the gutters I didn't see any wasp, not even one. First time in over 13 years! I am thrilled that Easton knocked on my door and introduced me to this company and the great job Jayden did. It is so refreshing to see honest, pleasant young men working hard; not taking advantage of people nor their company. I can honestly say, Jacob went through and described the process and exactly what he was doing every step of the way. It made my wife and I feel very confident that our home was protected against the intrusions of common household pests! We are so happy with our service from Greenline Pest Control. Their timing was perfect, I've been needing pest control here on the brink of summer and I was so excited to see Ramón! He came and super sprayed our front porch, where wasps have started building their many nests. He saw other areas where they've been active and nesting, like our rv and in our backyard and around our shed, and he wiped them out there as well. He listened patiently to my complaints about seeing earwigs inside and he sprayed all around my home, even though it wasn't technically what he was scheduled to come here and do. He also went into my yucky crawl space and sprayed all around in there! He went outside all around my yard wherever it seemed possible for them to be coming inside my house. I feel more secure now. This company is amazing! They remind me of the company I had when I lived in Georgia! Friendly, fast, and very personable! Alan(the salesman)went over everything with me first, then Jacob(the tech) did, and then someone over the phone(I'm sorry I can't remember your name!) went over our contract to ensure we all understood everything. This was different people all saying the same thing; which we lol know never happens! The thing that really sold me other than the amazing people was the fact that their product is pet and kid friendly- and that is a BIG thing for my family as we have 2 cats and a dog! It's been a couple weeks since our home was sprayed and even though we were warned that we might see an increase in activity due to disturbing their home, we have actually seen a DECREASE in activity! The office staff walked me through the entire process, followed up with email, has the ability to e-sign paperwork, provided clear pricing, and sent text and phone reminders. The technician, Marc S., came during the window of time, as promised, wore shoe coverings, a mask, and worked/moved efficiently and thoroughly throughout my house. He inspected the exterior, refilled bait boxes, left notes about pests he targeted, amount of product he used, locations treated, and Marc used a special tool to sweep the eaves of my house. I have been using Greenline for a little over a year and I haven't been disappointed. Before we started using them, we had a lot of spiders showing up randomly and I'm deathly afraid of spiders. After the first application, the spiders were gone and so were those pesky ants that annoy everyone. They reach out between applications to make sure everything is okay and have always worked with our schedule for spraying. Hershel Hatch has been our technician and he is awesome. He makes sure to talk to us before he starts spraying each time to ask if there are any specific issues so he can address those. He has always been polite, professional and friendly. I switched to Greenline due to the fact that they are local. I in now way needed to make the switch but I am glad I did. After two visits to my home now, the techs are very knowledgeable and informative about the service they give. Kingdom was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and considerate of our personal space and belongings when performing our interior service. He was very apologetic for not being to spray the exterior of the home due to his sprayer breaking on the previous home. In no way did I feel inconvenienced. We have used this service since we bought our house and they have cut down on mice and spiders seen in our home. the house was abandoned for a while and many insects and mice made it their home. They will come out for out of season sprays. We've had to use that a bit because how bad our home was when we first got it. Have never been denied service. Logan was the last guy to service my home on 9/12/22. He did a great job and seems to enjoy what he does. He checked the bait traps, sprayed inside and out, looked for where spiders were nesting around our home, and gave us some glue traps for the utility room where we see most of the spiders. Logan is the best! He is very thorough and gets rid of all of the mice, spiders, wasps, and earwigs that live rent-free in my home. He is very respectful of my property & my dogs LOVE seeing him. They aren't scared of him or his equipment. I get super bummed when I have a different tech come spray my home. Nothing against them, they just aren't as thorough or as personable! We are thrilled every time that Logan comes to treat our house. He is very pleasant and does everything we need and more. He went the extra mile today to help with an ant problem that we have been dealing with. He came in and showed us how to take care of the issue and left a little bit of the treatment so that we could continue to do it and make sure we have no remaining ants. Signed up about a month ago due to an infestation of Elm Seed bugs in my house, and wasps outside. Felt like they were upfront and honest from the get-go (I asked a lot of questions). Got rid of the bugs, and came back two weeks later on my request just to be sure those Elm Seed bugs were good and gone. Then I had what I thought was a squirrel trapped in my ventilation pipes. Scratching all over. They noted it as an urgent request and came over that day. The technician (Tanner) did his job well. Found out it was a bird caught in there. He was able to get it out, saving its life, and freed it from my vent pipe. This company has been awesome so far. read more
