We opted for the MSI putting turf with fringe pet turf as we have a dog and maintenance would be easier. They were able to get us quickly scheduled and got it done in just one day. They took care of excavating the original grass, digging out a few inches of dirt, covered it with a weed prevention layer, then filled it in with gravel and leveled it out. Then they were able to install our putting green design we discussed with beautiful curved edges. We had a water drain running underneath already and they were able to connect to it to help with water drainage in case of heavy rain. Overall, we absolutely loved the end result and spend so much more time in our backyard practicing our putts and even short chipping from a nearby mat. With less maintenance and noticeably less bugs we even have movie nights here and the turf has held up well. Worth the money and long term investment as we got more usable space for the family with rates below the average costs in LA.

Since then, I have worked with Hector and his team for years across multiple properties for many things. I have used them for: -tree trimming, tree cutting (large trees!), & stump removal -brush clearance -complete landscaping design (full grading, turf, watering systems, plants, planters, DE, etc) -hardscaping and concrete These guys really know what they are doing. They will really work with you to figure out exactly what you need. They are always thinking about how to deal with the details (drainage, plant locations, watering locations/logistics) And their quotes always come in lower than other places... Stay in touch with Hector during the process and you will be sure to get everything you need. Like I say, I've been working with them so long, they feel like family at this point! They really are a one-stop shop for everyting. That is another thing I love about them - they arent pushy. They will come out and discuss the project, give you an estimate, and won't try to strongarm you into hiring them. They finally showed back up and had to rush the installaion and did a poor job. Now that Ive asked him to fix it, he is ingnoring me. Once he has your money he will disappear.
