I found the BEST cleaner. Period. Now, I know what you're thinking. What's the big deal, right? I'll just say, wouldn't you rather do business with good people who take pride in their work? It makes all the difference. I brought my business clothes in one day. They cleaned them and I returned like normal to get them. Only, they weren't having a normal day. With a cleaner, the service and expectations are pretty much as old as the Nile. Clothes....clean...that's about it. A mouse trap is more complicated. And it can only get more complicated if you let an engineer loose on the scene. Especially a Viking engineer. The clothes were not ready. I was unhappy. I stormed off to get them the next day. I was wrong. The owner is a good business man and runs an excellent business. Machines break. So do proper manors. I apologized to the man. He could not have been more gracious and more pleased. I leave out the names here on purpose because this post can apply to everyone there. And here is the reason...he provides an excellent service. Even with the machine trouble, it was fixed quickly and he adjusted my prices down, and it was more than fair. He did all that he could. In fact, cleaning the clothes, ensuring my professional appearance for my end of this bargain, was done so well, that THAT was never at issue. That was not ever talked about. The job itself was done so perfectly that I didn't even take the time to say thank you. That is how a professional does this job. If it's done just right, you never even notice. How many other businesses consider invisibility to be a compliment. What was not invisible was the pleasant beginning and the perfect ending. If I move from here, I plan to ship my clothes to this place cause I know that if I let them make my clothes great, no matter what, the job gets done. read more

This should be your spot for dry cleaning. Granted, I've only come here once, but all the right signs were in place. Both the owner and another employee were very professional and accommodating. I came here on a late Friday afternoon to drop off 5 shirts and needed them cleaned by the next morning. They told me that it would be done by 5 PM the same day! That's fast service. The owner also provided me with a 10% discount from yelp! We chatted for a while and he seems like a great guy. I know there's 1 negative review on here but some stains just can't be removed if they've been there for a long time and if it's something super gross. My shirts came out nice and clean. So, I've been a customer of Greenway Cleaners ever since moving to Orange approx. 18 months ago. I originally chose them due to the convenient location near work/home, as well as the multitude of positive Yelp reviews. I can sincerely say that I've never had a negative experience here! They've done a beautiful job cleaning everything from leather jackets to silk scarves, and work attire of various and sundry fabrics (wool, crepe, linen, etc.). The whites are always pure white (no gray tinge) and there are never wacky creases (hate that!). I can't comment on any tailoring (I've never had any done here), but any basic mending I've requested has always been affordable and effective. Another plus is that my orders have been ready when promised, without exception, their hours are generous, and parking is easy and plentiful. I therefore feel confident in strongly recommending their services to one and all. Affordable prices and excellent service. I had 2 people help me. One guy was there was I dropped off my items. He was very respectful. I also saw him carry the cleaned items to one lady's car so I already admired the length they go to offer great service. Another guy was there when I picked up my items. He was also nice, but he didn't carry my clothes out to my car (which I was a little disappointed about). I need to go again and see, maybe it was just an off day. The cleaners is tucked away in a retail strip mall but worth finding! Very nice staff, quick service, good prices. This is the first time any dry cleaners would be this reckless with clothings, "Hello, this is one of your customer, I had dropped my 13 pieces at your dry cleaners, 2 weeks ago. I wanted to update my experience now that it's been several months since my first visit. I've had several orders go through Greenway Cleaners and all have been excellent. Greenway Cleaners managed to remove the weird chemical odor that a competitor left in my clothes and now I feel like my clothes are back to "normal". The process and products used by Greenway Cleaners makes my clothes fresh. I'm not itchy. I am not paranoid about the smell in my clothes. The best part -- the owner is a decent guy! He gives me a discount for paying early. He makes good on his promise to have clothes ready on the date he projects. He doesn't lose pieces when you drop them off. You should really give this place a try and not go to the "cheaper" place a couple miles down the road. My wife has been taking my laundry to this place for about a year, and loves it. I had the unfortunate experience of having them lose my suit. Under normal circumstance I would not have been so upset, but I had a wedding to attend. After about a week of them searching I began to get worried. Since moving to Orange County, I had been procrastinating on finding a dependable dry cleaner in the area. When a "formal business attire" only event came up, I decided to consult Yelp to get a couple suits dry cleaned. I decided to try out Greenway Cleaners because of the great reviews, proximity, and nice check-in. Greenway Cleaners is located in a plaza with its own lot but, in case its filled up, there's additional parking in the back. When I went inside, Mike (I believe) assisted me right away. Since there was a sewing and alteration sign, I asked about whether I could get the sleeves on my blazer shortened a bit. After looking at the sleeves and material he respectfully informed me that they do minor alterations and that I should find a tailor that alters such clothing. I really appreciated how forthcoming he was about that and that moment made me sort of breath a sigh of relief for choosing this place. We had some pleasant talk while he rang me up and let me know that it would take about 4 days for my suits to be ready. I was pleased by the turnaround time and the reasonable price! I dropped by when my clothes were ready for pick-up. Mike gathered my clothes and let me know that I could park in the front, if I wanted to (lol we were both walking inside the shop at the same time and he was surprised in the middle of the shopping center). Overall, I really enjoyed the friendly and professional atmosphere. I'd highly recommend Greenway Cleaners for anyone looking for a great dry cleaning service. Was looking for a good, reasonably priced dry cleaners in Orange and Greenway Cleaners definitely fit that bill. I took a new coat to be cleaned for the first time and it turned out great. I also took my favorite suede jacket that I had been putting off cleaning because I knew it was going to cost a bit to clean from having it cleaned before. When I got it back I was very happy because it had turned out much better then the last time I had it cleaned and for the same price.
