    Trying a new spot.

This place is Amazing! I bounced around town trying different places as a new resident but always ended up returning here. The pizza is delicious! They are actually make white clam pizza which is my husbands favorite. I personally love the garlic knots. The regular pizza is also very good, the crust is perfect and the sauce is just to my liking. We tried the chicken parm, eggplant parm and pastas. We have never been disappointed. A+ plus the hands on owner is very pleasant.

My first time doing take out here while I was up visiting friends in CT. I called in to pick up a medium cheese pizza with mushrooms and black olives and a small salad. My pizza was fantastico. The best thin perfectly baked crust. The sauce wonderful flavorful and topped with the perfect amount of cheese. My salad was great and had several types of lettuce not just boring iceberg. The dressing was tasty and complimented the salad perfectly. From the time I called and picked up my order it was ready on time. I do recommend parking in back which had plenty of spaces. I highly recommend Greenwich Pizza!

Tried this place mostly Bc Uber Eats told me it had the best reviews in the area- well this was definitely very good. Got a simple cheese pizza, soooo thin (as I like) and omg the garlic knots are so damn good and garlicky. Will def order again

I have given this place two tries and both times they have failed. The first time I ordered two sandwiches and the meatball parm sub had two meatballs on it for the full ten inch sub. The second sandwich was completely wrong and tasted like fish. The second order was for a couple of pizzas, one sausage and one cheese. They sent us two cheese pizzas and never fixed their mistake. With all the other pizzerias around town do yourself as favor and order from them.

Our 'usual' pizzeria has been inconsistent and I had heard really good things about Greenwich Pizzeria since it changed owners. Finally tried it today and hoping this is our new 'usual' spot! We ordered 2 specialty pizzas and they were fantastic. Especially the crust! The young girl working the counter/register was super nice and said the salads are really good and told me some of her favorites. Can't wait to try other things on the menu!

Excellent New York style pizza. The only thing keeping this from being a five star review is that the crust was slightly burnt in one area. Otherwise, doesn't get much better than this. Paper thin crust in the middle and delivered on time.

Best classic slice out there. Whole in a wall place but can't beat there slices. Gotta say prices are little high but well worth it.

The restaurant boasts a rich history--particularly the bar, which seems to be the ultimate neighborhood hangout. It has a very welcoming, local scene vibe. The wine list is extensive, and the starters offer a great selection, though the classic Italian menu is incredibly meat-heavy. It seemed like almost every dish featured meat, so I wish they had a few more vegetarian options. Overall, it's a fantastic local spot with great energy, though it can be a bit limiting if you don't eat meat.

I had actually…read morebeen looking forward to trying Louie's because it looked like a nice, upscale, old-school Italian-American restaurant. The dining room itself is very nice, although the music was bizarrely loud and completely wrong for the atmosphere -- Michael Jackson remixes and other stuff that just didn't fit the place at all. Our waiter was a nice guy and admittedly brand new, but apparently they had him working on his own with almost no training. We asked a couple of basic questions about the menu and he really didn't know anything about it or even what some of the dishes were. At one point he went to the kitchen to find out what the Chicken Louie actually was, forgot to ask, then went back again and returned with a two-word answer that still didn't explain it. The clams oreganata was actually delicious and easily the best thing we had. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The grilled octopus was rubbery and we barely touched it, and even the bread was bad. My friend ordered the spaghetti Bolognese and they wouldn't let him substitute a different kind of pasta, which seemed really strange for an Italian restaurant. Then the Bolognese came out. The spaghetti was overcooked and the sauce was watery and almost completely flavorless. Honestly, it tasted like something that had been made well in advance and reheated to order. My chicken wasn't much better and I barely ate that either. We politely told the waiter how disappointed we were. He was very nice about it, but apparently there wasn't even a manager in the restaurant. He called the manager, who offered 20% off the bill but also insisted that we leave a phone number so he could call us the next day. The waiter asked us for our number several times, which honestly just seemed odd. Why can't the problem be handled while the customer is still sitting in the restaurant? After a bad dinner, the last thing I want is a phone call the next day to discuss terrible spaghetti. We declined to leave our number. Every restaurant can have an off night, and if one dish had been poor, I probably wouldn't even be writing this. But when nearly everything we ordered was disappointing -- and an Italian restaurant can't get basic pasta and sauce right -- there's a bigger problem. Charging north of $30 for what basically tasted like overcooked noodles and watery sauce just felt like a rip-off. There are way too many good Italian restaurants around Greenwich to spend this kind of money here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We ordered delivery and the pizza that arrived was not at all like the picture or the description on the online menu. We did order a Bianca pizza which I know is typically without marinara. However, my 15 year old didn't know that and ordered one of their Bianca pizzas that was described as having Parmesan, ricotta, marinara AND meat sauce and showed a picture that obviously had sauce on it. It arrived as a typical Bianca pizza. I tried emailing, it bounced back. Today I was nearby so I stopped in to explain the situation thinking it would be easy to resolve. Despite me showing the man behind the counter their menu they were unwilling to rectify the situation. First he blamed the marketing company they use. I explained I've used marketing firms and it is my job to read over the work and make sure it is accurate. He then called the owner where their solution was to give me another pizza but only then and there. I explained we had dinner plans for tonight and asked if I could get a partial credit or a gift card to use the next time we order. But I was told they could not. In fact, the guy behind the counter actually said "well now you know it's wrong" "it" meaning their menu. I was not expecting such terrible customer service over such a small thing. I hate writing negative reviews and rarely do so, but I feel this was the wrong way for any small business to operate.
