Today a different coworker suggested we try their Valentine's Day special, where you can get two items from selected sandwiches and salads for $19.99. I went for "The cuz" on a roll; it had chicken cutlet, roasted peppers, avocado, and fresh mozzarella. It came with a bag of chips. The sandwich tasted clean and fresh but something about it felt a bit dry to me and the portion was a bit small, could have been a bit heftier for me. I was still hungry when I finished. I seen this place on one my Yelp friends review and decided to go there while I was in the area. The restaurant is small with a little seating area and with a large menu with many options to choose from. I ordered the Chicken Cutlet Salad and small Bacon and half Cheese Pizza. The pizza was delicious with great flavor. The crust was crispy and buttery just the way I like it. The salad was huge for a small and I could barely eat it all. You could honestly get a small salad and share it with another person. The only thing I would say about the salad is when you put the dressing on, the chicken tends to get soggy. Ordered the large Big D salad, two slices of cheesecake, and a half pepperoni and half Buffalo chicken pizza. Only nabbed a pic of the salad and pizza but everything was great! They also included homemade bread which was delicious. The food itself was great all around and some of the best pizza I've had around the Stamford / Greenwich area. The cheesecakes were good, we had the plain and chocolate ones which were good. The salad was an MVP, definitely top tier. I haven't had a bad thing here ever. Been coming here for years now. The staff is great, super friendly, helpful and accommodating. My favorites here are the Buffalo chicken slices, the O'Connor salad, big D salad, generations salad, cos Cobb salad and big D salad, and the bread. Oh my god the bread, nothing like it. Delivery was faster than expected - barely took half of the projected time on a Saturday night. The pizza & salads have been just as good as all the other 5 star reviews described - highly recommended and not much to add from all the positive summations here. Also like to note that their chicken wings are worth ordering - we scored 30 the other night for ~$30 and will do it again. The wings are a decent size (some are even 2X the size of a the bird limb) and the flavors should satisfy most customer needs. Basic buffalo has a good flavor, hot isn't insane but will make your nose run and the plain versions are crisp enough to be good on their own. Tons of ranch/blue cheese on the side, too. read more

We ordered takeout on a Friday evening. Three pizzas of different sizes and types. We picked up the food. While we waited outside, calling the establishment every 15 minutes, they brought the food to our car ONE HOUR late. This is unacceptable. Each time we called it was "just coming out of the oven". Now, the pizza review. The pizza topping quality is very good: excellent quality mushrooms and other veggies, etc. The sauce is fine. The cheese is maybe a bit subpar. The problem is the crust. It is quite thick for NY style pizza, and it has a "stale" taste for fresh pizza. Are they using frozen crusts? Super cheap flour? Who knows. Probably the worst pizza I have had in twenty(?) years. We will never go here again. I'd rather have an English muffin with sauce and mozzarella in my toaster oven like back in college. For those wondering why I did not leave one star, at least we did not get food poisoning. read more

I have been coming here for years for the best pizza and sandwiches in town. I got to know Nick very well who works in the front, he is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and always makes sure every customer is well taken care of. This weekend I finally got to meet the owner, Jamie, really great guy. I was amazed at how much great quality food Arcuri's pumped out for a huge catering event, every staff member friendly as could be. The morning after the event, the owner was nice enough to provide breakfast for myself and the crew I work with. Most of us didn't even know they made breakfast sandwiches. The food was absolutely amazing, the best ham, egg, cheese chili wrap I ever had. I am looking forward to coming in for a breakfast sandwich soon. Really good salad place! Haven't yet tried the pizza yet but will get there someday, along with the other menu items!! Stopped here one night to pick up a couple of salads for me and hubby. And we were wowed! We have now been here a few times and the hubby only wants the same salad over and over - the steak salad. It doesn't sound like much, but they add in crispy fried onions ring bits that makes it really good and their house dressing - really really good. I phoned in for a pizza from Arcuris last night and was told 10 to 15 minutes. When I arrived I was told that they had no record of the order and asked to see a record of the call on my phone to which I complied and was told that it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I was also told that I should be grateful because the usual turn around time was 45 minutes! This is the second time in only 4 orders that this has happened. I do realize that in these times things are a bit hectic. It is not their mistake that concerns me so much as the blatant arrogance with which they handled the situation. When I told them that this was the second time this happened, I was was told that they would give me my money back and that I was getting no pizza. This was after waiting there 15 minutes to make a pizza. Sorry but I most assuredly will not be back. read more

Lettuce was old, brown and the peppers added to it tasted moldy. I called and spoke with some manager who asked me "what did I want him to do?"
