However, Dr. Vasquez completely changed that for me with her professionalism and care. From our first visit, she clearly explained what needed to be done and showed me my x-rays, answering all my questions thoroughly. Her staff is also great. They apply topical lidocaine beforehand, and I hardly felt any pain with each injection. The entire procedure was surprisingly comfortable. They also use bite guards, so I didn't have to strain to keep my mouth open. I was so relaxed during the drilling that I nearly fell asleep a few times--seriously! Dr. Vasquez is not only skilled and professional, but also incredibly personable, and I felt very confident in her hands. Her staff is top-notch--professional, kind, and efficient. I've also had a couple of cleanings from her dental hygienists, both of whom were friendly, thorough, and gave me great tips on dental care. I also appreciate that I never felt pressured to undergo any specific service or procedure. They respected my comfort and choices every step of the way. The location is in a relatively nice area.
