Given the cost, I expected food I could eat. 2. Cleanliness is subpar. I saw an employee using their hand to wipe food off the tables, bruh. Do better Midway. This is one of those situations where you have to decide on the lesser of the two evils - Midway vs. O'hare. I prefer neither, but, after traveling through Midway; I prefer O'hare food options. But, if you want less crowds and more space to spread out, Midway is your choice or airport. Just know, food sucks.

People leave at different times to pick up their passengers so it should not be that difficult to get out. This lot has plenty of cameras and on my way out a security truck was coming in. This offered some peace of mind as well. I would definitely park here again. This lot is less than 5 mins from the airport making it a very convenient place to wait. Just have your passengers call you once they grab their bags and leave to get them. They can also tell you which entry they will be at such as 4 etc. That's not really necessary though as long as you are out front they should be able to locate you! I really didn't want to circle the airport, therefore, this lot is a win in my opinion!

It might have been my Palindrome when he called to book or whomever took the booking... not a big deal, mistakes happen. We were expecting a golf club & ended up in a subdivision. My driver was cool about it & thankfully I had brought my destination address with & we got to my location easy peasy with the help of his GPS. My driver also insisted on making sure the venue was open as the parking lot was empty & it looked closed... I had planned on getting there early to help setup. All was well but what a sweet gesture as he was worried about my safety. My driver said I should call the dispatcher to let them know about the discrepancy & I did. The first thing out of the dispatchers mouth was "is this Leah?". The driver had already called & let them know. The dispatcher was super apologetic and really nice. I felt bad because I could tell she was expecting a complete temper tantrum. As I am not 3yrs old & if a simple mistake is the worst that is going to happen today... it makes for a funny story as far as I am concerned. I reassured her all was good, she was really nice. Getting in and out is straightforward, parking is convenient, and the shuttle service to the terminal is quick and painless. We never feel like we need to arrive ridiculously early just to survive the experience. Inside the terminal there are enough food and drink options to grab a snack, relax for a bit, or enjoy the obligatory pre-flight cocktail before boarding. Seating areas are comfortable and the overall atmosphere feels much less chaotic than many major hubs. TSA has consistently been friendly during our trips, and security lines move surprisingly fast, which definitely helps take some of the stress out of traveling. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is mainly because the airport is showing its age in certain areas and the ongoing construction can make parts of the experience feel a little less polished right now. That said, the convenience factor is hard to beat. For travelers in the Omaha area, this is one of those airports that simply gets the job done without turning travel day into a headache. He drove between two different parking lots and carried our guests to the Temple entrance and then kept looping around until all our guests had found a place to park. It would perfectly! (I was in the car with Tariq when one of our guests dropped a plate if refreshments on the ground. Tariq gave him a bag of cookies that his wife and daughter baked for him!
