Both dishes were seasoned beautifully and absolutely delicious. The rice in the paella was especially outstanding, soaking up all the incredible flavors from the chicken and chorizo. Two great cocktails later, we left already planning our next visit. Exceptional food, attentive service, generous hospitality, and a timeless dining experience that's becoming harder to find. I am not sure if they do this partially on purpose to extend the shelf time as almost all cold mezes are prepared beforehand and not to order. They might be trying to keep the dishes from spoiling for 3 days or so. In any case and whatever the reason is it ruins the flavors for me.
