So today our company treat us for lunch and we picked Grill Masters as we all wanted BBQ. First of all they delivered the food before scheduled Which was great because we have a time schedule and we don't want to go over out lunch time. Company policy. All the plates were marked with numbers and we match it with the names it was a great system. I don't know who came up with that system but it worked Out very well. We don't want to miss anybody's food specially when everybody is hungry. The plates had meat and two sides. It was Tri tip, BBQ ribs, brisket and chicken. Some ordered with potato salad with rice. Some with chili beans and rice and some with Mac. Everybody was so satisfied with their food. It was plenty of meat. Some didn't even finished and saved it for diner. The meat was so tender and juicy. The ribs fell off the bone. The brisket was so delicious and tasty. The chicken was great too. The price of the plates were very reasonable. Considering meat prices are to the roof. Thank you Grill masters. We will be ordering from you guys again. We will have this for our next lunch. First off, this is a restaurant, they could slap me (they don't) and tell me to say thank you and I would because the food is amazing. I've never had a bad dish here. My go to is the Tri-tip breakfast burrito. Second, the staff is extremely friendly and the service is fast. The tri-tip is thin sliced and kept wet, or kept sitting in the Au Jus. The seasoning is similar to a Papi's taste. The bread fell apart due to the wet meat which I didn't mind. Was pretty good, the tri-tip brisket was flavorful, the only complain I have is it was a little too peppery for me. The macaroni salad was good. Grillmasters is my go-to when I need MEAT. The only way to go is the mini matty. Sure, it ends up being lunch and second lunch for me, but it would defeat all purpose of coming here if I did not order it. It's bacon, tritip, sirloin patties, and rib and tip deboned. It's meat heaven. Then there's the smokey flavor that reminds me that it takes time to make something this delicious. Their special sauce makes this burger perfection. Service can be a little long, especially when busy, but this is worth the wait. I recommend ordering ahead. You will save yourself so much time. The dude and I got Grill Masters around April 2020 for lunch. We called in our order. We ordered the Ribs and the dude wanted tri-tip. We got sides of their beans and Mac and cheese. The person who took our order was very friendly and the process was very quick! They estimated about 20 minutes and left about 10 mins after placing our order. Due to COVID-19 there is no dine in. Only to go or pick up. The dude went in and got the order and it was only a few minutes as others were picking up orders as well. Since I didn't go in I can't tell you how the staff inside were or how it looked. You can tell this is REAL BBQ it was cooked on a grill not baked or cooked on a stove. The ribs were so delicious a little salty in my opinion and I was not a fan of the BBQ sauce as it had a funny taste to me. The sides were nothing special. The meal is definitely affordable compared to Famous Dave's was which I still prefer Famous Dave's than Grill Masters but it is more expensive. However the ribs were good! Stopped in overnight in Clovis. Looking at mething lite to eat I found Grill Masters just across the street from my hotel. Really wasn't sure if I could eat lite here but they did in fact have choices of salads. I ordered the chicken salad. Now most places I've been to have dry chicken with no flavor except for the dressing. Grill Masters is the exception. The chicken was off the grill and seasoned just right. I love BBQ and will be honest in my reviews when it comes to BBQ. I got the 2 meat meal with Tri Tip and the extra with the ribs, with the sides of chili and rice. I told the chef I'd be back everyday for dinner, I lied. I can't finish what they gave me for take out and both meats are moist and delicious. 5 stars easy. The employees there are friendly and when I spoke to the BBQ chef walking into the restaurant he was personable and gave me tips on the choices I was interested in. WOW I discovered this place by accident. Driving by it I always thought it was a bbq pit selling place. I pulled up my phone and google suggested that I might like the food here. Well google gets an A+++ for the recommendation. My wife and I took the test and we are now convinced this is the best BBQ in the area. I was loyal to a restaurant down the street but now it will be a though choice. When deciding what to eat. I got the matty burger and it included ribs tritip and 2 cheese patties. I dont know how but I demolished it. My wife went for the brisket sandwich. The meat is so thinly sliced and tastes amazing. Customer service was great. Good, service, staff always deliver! This place is one of our favorite weekend takeout spots (well Saturday, they are closed Sundays). We get the mixed plate and it feeds our little family of 4. I wouldn't recommend going in to eat there with family as the tables are comfortable for children or highchairs. She ordered a barbecued chicken sandwich for me and a tri-tip sandwich for herself. Also asked for spicy BBQ on the side. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We went to get it. The order was ready on time. The restaurant is very clean and well taken care of! As we were leaving a worker that just barbecued brought in some fresh barbecued meat and opened the doors for us. He was very kind and the meat smelled delicious! He wished us a good day! Very disorganized restaurant serving poor tasting bbq and watery bbq sauce. I have been here numerous times and it seems like the quality keeps going down each visit. The majority of the time their fountain drink machine is not functioning correctly or out of the majority of choices. On my most recent visit I had the platter which includes a choice of 3 meats and 2 sides. They have a nice selection of meats on the menu but when asking for them as part of platter I was told that it had to be chicken, pulled pork and tri tip. Once my order arrived all the meat was laying in a pool of liquid and very awful tasting/ sour taste, accompanied by a very watery bbq sauce. $30+ into the trash can. We then waited for a 3 meat sampler for over 45 minutes, just for them to bring out the sampler with pork, when they were notified of a pork allergy. I've been here a few times in the past and the tri tip has always been delicious and my favorite part is the hot bbq sauce ... came around a few months ago and had to deal with this super rude employee who ddnt offer us bbq sauce and when we asked for some she insisted we be charged for it ... which is fine but if you're going to charge at least mention it while we are at the pay counter .... Waited a few months to return and yesterday we showed up and our food was delicious, the nice man who helped us offered us bbq sauce and ddnt charge us because we were dining in... only downside the hot bbq sauce didn't taste as spicy as it usually is . We returned today because we were near by and the same rude lady who helped us our last bad experience took our order and we asked for bbq sauce and she tried charging us, we spoke up and said we ddnt get charged yesterday can we talk to the man who had helped us yesterday and he walks up and let's her know that she doesn't charge if it's a dine in order. So she doesn't get her way with charging us so her attitude becomes super disrespectful because she ddnt get her way and just gives us the worst dirty looks possible and then when she brings us our food she basically tosses it on our table and gives a dirty looks possible and walks away ....
