From start to finish, what a great experience. First, they actually answer the phone when you call to set an appointment. Genelle was very nice. Buzz came out, on time, and did an awesome job! The BBQ is like new. But that isn't the best part. After Buzz finished the cleaning job, he realized the BBQ had lost power. He could have just left, and I wouldn't have known until I used it. He spent another 2 hours helping me get the BBQ working again. And, when he got back to the office, he followed through and sent me a link to buy the new parts I needed.
