The initial promise was a 30 day turn around but we are clearly significantly past that window. They have made false promises to complete my order, and they refuse to refund me the almost 2,000 I paid for my order. It has been over a year I have yet ro receive my grills, I have continued to get the run around and went to receiving responses to no response. I have even directly message Scott the owner and received a response 2-3 times and then no more. This was a BDAY gift to myself January 2025 and another BDAY has past. Absolutely terrible terrible experience with these guys I purchased a grill for $6000 back in October and it is now February and I keep getting the runaround with no actual timeline or update of when I will receive my grill I've made numerous calls sent numerous text and sent out numerous emails with the same runaround response. I ordered a top and bottom grill in July 2022 and was told that I would have my order in a few weeks. Then they closed their LA location (with no notice) so I could not physically go in and pick up my grill. Instead my grill was mailed to me months later (which was fine). My top grill was supposed to have gem stones and it did not. I was told to try it on and send it back so they can customize it. It has been over a year and I still do not have my top grill. I have requested a refund or a date when I can expect them to finish my order and they have not produced either one. I finally had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Once the complaint was filed they finally committed to getting my order completed within 30 days.... Guess what?... that was 2 months ago and I still don't have my top grill or a refund!! I wish that I could give this business 0 stars. I purchased a grill from Grillz By Scotty in June 2024, paid in full (by Zelle) at the time of molding. I was told the grill would take 6 weeks to complete and be shipped to me. It has actually been 5 months and still no grill or update on my order. When I reach out to the "customer support" phone number and email, I get told that they'll get back to me shortly. When I reach out via DM on instagram, they send a generic response to reach out to the phone number or the email address. I tried to call my bank to dispute the charge but could not being that the payment was made by Zelle. Please please pleaseeeee take heed to this review and the reviews of others. This business did me so DIRTY. My troubles started right after I paid in full. Had a hard time getting my impression kit. Had a hard time getting any communication from them besides cut and paste emails. After being told 6 weeks it took over a year almost two to be sent my order. It was shipped usps ground and it was received empty. They told me it was not their problem and refused to help me. After months of back and forth they offered me half off a new grill. **SCAMMERS** I am so sad by even having to write this review but more people need to be WARNED! Search the business on google, twitter, Facebook or Instagram and you'll see people will be guaranteed a 30 day turn around and then are hit with up to 12 weeks due to "high number of orders coming in". I have been waiting on my order since Sept that I was told would be completed in a 2 weeks via email and now I've gotten emails stating I could possibly get it by next year.....4 months later!! Ive reached out on all platforms and now all of their correspondence is via email, but it's so you can't have real answers. I've asked for a refund multiple times and I get the same generic response. They make you pay via Zelle so it's no way of trying to get a chargeback or anything. So you're lost out of how ever much they quote you. Sad thing is these are reviews from 2-3 years ago!!! I got my grill ordered and received my mold, I never got the FaceTime to do my mold there for never sent one in to get my grill made. My grill was never made. The website USED to say that there is a 60 day refund policy for grills that were never started, it doesn't say that anymore but I definitely got the screen shots where it did say that. I asked for a refund and they kept telling me that they don't do refunds on grills that were made. Mine were NEVER MADE, NEVER STARTED. The last call I got the lady said she will call me back after speaking with her supervisor. I tried to email them again today because it's been a couple of weeks and got a email saying the container service email was no longer a email. They BLOCKED me from emailing. I paid $270 for nothing.
