Great buys on Skinny Pop Popcorn $1.99 bag (usually at most store it $4.99) what a bargain. Dog treats and then a toy was for my dog . She loves the little ball it's a squeaky . Oat milk creamer was $1.99. Lots of good sales for me today. I recommend this location as well. Nice selection for pets. Clean, organized and friendly staff. Lots of parking. Use your rewards number extra deals. TIL next time.

I enjoyed going to the grocery outlet today. I had never been in this particular store before, but Tommy back in the produce was very helpful on what I needed. The store was cleaner than most grocery outlets, which I was quite surprised and the inventory was wonderful. the prices are always great and the produce looked fresh and beautiful. I would suggest this store to ANYONE!!! This store looks beautiful employees that are happy And it seems like all-around good store so if you want a cheaper price on groceries, wonderful parking wonderful groceries. Great variety wonderful employees.. Will be back shortly.

    Back of packaging of item

Recently (about a month ago) I went to grocery outlet to buy some groceries and picked up an electronics travel organizer as a stocking stuffer for Christmas to my partner. Today when it was time to open it, the box was filled with packaging paper, that was it, no organizer. So I got scammed from grocery outlet. Luckily it was less than $10 but come on, the organizer must have been a return and I guess this place does not check their returns so make sure to check inside boxes of items you buy.

She ignored me. I asked again, and she said "no. I am stocking the shelves. You will have to wait." Shocked, I let her know there were things I needed that were blocked by the trolley. She bizarrely smiled at me and said, "I'm stocking the shelves, and you'll have to wait." Me: "Why can't you just move this out of the way for a minute? I want to see if I can find what I'm looking for." She then, rudely, said, "No, I am stocking items." I was shocked and let her know I thought she was rude. She loudly replied that I was rude! I asked her for the manager and wasn't surprised when she told me, "I'm the manager. Too bad for you!" I told her again how unprofessional she was, and she again repeated, "You're rude." Then she got in my face - about 10 inches away - again telling me I was "rude." I reminded her that she is not the owner of the store and her employers might want to know how unprofessional and rude she is with customers. She then accused me of "throwing things" around and bizarrely pointed to cameras that had caught my alleged bad behavior. I got stuck between the trolley and the cosmetics wall because she would not move it and there was no space for my feet. I felt as if I might fall, but luckily I didn't. I moved the trolley myself after she refused and finally backed away from me. I was then able to look at the items I wanted without her blocking my access. I purchased a few items so I would have proof that this altercation occurred and that Dollar Tree has an abusive, unprofessional manager in Lynnwood. While paying, the cashier - not shockingly - ignored me! As I left, I reminded her that the employees should be thankful for paying customers, since everyone is aware of shoplifters at Dollar Tree. I got my receipt and left. At home, I filled out the survey on the receipt and gave the store a poor rating. I emailed their customer service team to report my awful shopping experience at the Lynnwood, Washington, store. This was one of the weirdest experiences I've had. If this older white woman truly is the manager, she should be fired immediately for being rude, bizarre, and threatening. I will not go back until the "manager" is fired.

COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE, whether it was an employee or the employees not stopping someone else in there from doing it. 2) Prior to getting to the side of the store, 4 aisles were blocked by boxes/carts/restocking. Again, TOTALLY INEXCUSABLE. This was, what, 1/4 of the aisles being inaccessible mid day on a Sunday? Do you want your customers to be be able to shop, or not? I'm guessing either your corporate policies (that allow this) are trash or the employees at the store were not following a sensible policy that would dictate when and how to stock shelves so customers can still access things. Either way, I am not visiting again.

As a soon-to-be parent, I wanted to dress my baby well but without spending a fortune since they will grow so quickly. True to their words, the onesies at Bella's Voice are about $1 apiece which is astounding in today's market. I came in twice over two weeks because I couldn't believe it and had to come back to see if the selection rotated as much as I hoped. The first time I was bummed that I found a cute unicorn sweater but it got confiscated for not having a price tag (their policy dictates that unpriced merchandise must be returned to the back room for processing with no guaranteed turnaround time for returning to the rack). By the second time I visited I found an even nicer kids jacket for about the same price which I promptly snatched up. The inventory turns at a steady pace and there's some fun stuff in there (Juicy Couture baby bottoms anyone?) This has definitely been my most promising resource for kid clothes for myself and parent friends so far, and has revitalized my former interest in thrift shop hunting as a hobby.

We used to really like Bella's Voice and shopped there regularly after moving to Lynnwood in 2024…read more We have spent close to $3,000. That changed with one visit which occurred a month ago. Look at the photos for the condition of a rug they sold. At the Shoreline store, I purchased a rug that was tightly rolled and sealed with tape, so there was no way to inspect it at the store. When I got it home and opened it, it was in unacceptable condition: heavily stained, paint marks, and a strong cigarette odor. This is not an item that should have been on the sales floor. I brought it back within a week with the tag attached and receipt in hand. The manager Leonora did not start by looking at the condition. Instead, she went straight to finding reasons to deny the return. First saying there was no tag (there was), then saying they don't accept returns on "furniture." At no point did she engage with the actual issue. When I tried to show her why I was returning it, another employee inserted herself and escalated the interaction. I did raise my voice out of frustration (my voice carries) but I made no threats and was trying to explain a legitimate issue. Rather than hearing the concern or working toward a solution, the situation escalated quickly. The manager told me to leave or the police would be called for CRIMINALLY TRESSPASSING, and that is exactly what happened. Police were called over a return. I tried to de-escalate and offered reasonable solutions (exchange or completing my purchase), but the manager declined and stayed focused on denying the return and calling the police to have us removed for CRIMINAL TRESSPASSING! Even the responding officer looked at the rug and attempted to find an amicable resolution. My daughter, who was not involved in the interaction, was also threatened with trespass, which was upsetting and unnecessary. This should have been straightforward customer service: 1. The item was not in acceptable condition and the condition was against their own donation policy. 2. It was packaged in a way that prevented inspection 3. A reasonable review could have resolved it Instead, it escalated into a situation involving publicly funded law enforcement over a defective item. As a nonprofit serving the community, I would expect a greater emphasis on resolving issues directly rather than relying on public resources to shut down a legitimate concern. For a place called Bella's Voice, it was surprising how quickly the conversation was shut down. The executive director has chosen to ignore my formal complaint. Photos are attached so others can judge the condition for themselves.

What makes it so incredible is, the exact same fridge at Costco, also delivered, installed and old fridge hauled away, was $400 more. I got a 33" wide fridge, 26 cf bottom freezer with ice--for $1100. At Costco it was $1500. Incredible savings. Appliances 4 Less is a "scratch and dent" store that also gets returns of undamaged appliances, that's what I got. I took some time and looked around while Rouchen Zhang (Store Manager) was finishing up the sale before me. I was shocked at the low prices. When it was my turn, Rouchen explained that their store averages 40% below retail, and that was certainly my experience. Costco is cheaper than retail also, and Appliances 4 Less was substantially less than Costco! After my purchase, the delivery was scheduled 3 days out. I got a call that morning and the delivery people were on time. They hauled away the old fridge and installed the new one. They left me instructions because the refrigerant got jostled around and needed to settle, so they made sure I don't plug it too soon. If you're in the market for a new appliance, give the Lynnwood Store a call. You really can't beat the prices. As I was calling around, I found out the Tukwila Store charges EXTRA for delivery, installation and haul away ?!?! so your experience may vary if you're not at the Lynnwood Store.

I love HomeGoods and shop at many of their locations often. I was at H-mart across the street and was delighted to see a HomeGoods across the street. I decided to go in but quickly regretted it. One of the first problems with this location is that they are overrun with inventory. This isn't a large store, so I don't know why they have so much stuff. There isn't enough space in the store to display it all in a safe and neat manner. I used to work retail many moons ago, so seeing unpacked boxes hanging out on the floor, as well as a wall of unpacked cardboard boxes in the lighting section, tells me that their back storage area must also be full. There were also about 5-6 tables outside of the store with tons of stuff on them, all clearance that they were trying to get rid of. The store looks sloppy and unprofessional. It's like the manager and the staff just to give a damn. The shelves are also a mess and the merchandise was sloppily hanging on the shelves. There was one aisle that had pillows on the floor. There were so many that they were blocking the way. You couldn't get through without stepping on them or tripping. Are they trying to get sued??? Honestly, there was just shit everywhere in and out of boxes. Even if this was just a bad and busy day, I will never come back. The location in Queen Anne on Armory is much nicer and better run. If you want a nice shopping experience where you aren't at risk of injury due to store items on the floor, don't shop here.

If you're looking for actual furniture or cooking pans, look to purchase somewhere else with a good return policy (like Costco or Amazon). I generally only buy home accents from HomeGoods. The checkout staff are generally pretty friendly, which adds to the positive shopping experience. Well over that 20-year time period I can probably count on one hand how many times I walked out of there with something worthwhile. For one thing the store is always in a fair amount of disarray. The racks are overcrowded. Too many items where they just have one or two things and it's really hard to find what you want in your size. A lot of stuff on the floor and if you do find something you love you have to wonder if it was stepped on or rolled over by a cart at some point. The prices probably are more reasonable if you do find something but you really got to dig. The thing that really burns my hide is the line. It's been long often in the past but it could be worthwhile if you found something. This most recent time I went the line was ridiculous. I would guess there was 35 or 40 people in line and three cashiers. The people were lined up all the way to the dressing room. I expect this if I go in Ross or the Goodwill. Not Nordstrom rack.
