The staff is so outstanding, every time I shop, it still amazes me. Skippy in produce helped us find a very specific ingredient we needed for a recipe. It meant a lot to us that he took the time to do that. Amanda, our checker, was so sweet to comment on the different local items that we bought and gave us a little background on them. I appreciate things like that. The butcher cut our meat specifically for our need and thanked us for shopping with him. All of you are very busy but I felt like we were the only ones in the store and the only business that you had was to take care of us. I went in an talked to the gentleman at the front desk, and he started the process- Kai and his co-worker ultimately took the lead on the situation, determined what needed to be done, offered options, and got us confidently back on the road - a bit past 7:00. It seems like they are almost always out of certain items. Many of these are the kind of things that are popular enough that an astute manager would make more of an effort to keep adequate stock on hand. Some things are constantly and repeatedly out, as though the pandemic was still at its peak. I know that many of us became pretty understanding when COVID was raging, but I'm pretty sure that our being tolerant of it back then didn't mean that we would be okay with it forever. They really do need to step up their game.

It's soggy, not fresh and frankly tastes like a salad which is two days old - not good. I will not buy again. Whomever has taken over the Deli needs to understand that cabbage soaked in vegetables juices, days old, is not the same as a fresh salad.
