We thought this was a great touch, and made us feel at ease with our dog being with a new groomer. There was a slight miscommunication when we booked an appointment, it wasn't mentioned that the groomers had moved out of their space in Little Tokyo. However, Danniel offered to pick up and drop off our dog, for his grooming appointment which was a very nice service. When our dog got home, he looked great and was very happy. After discussing the options, he was able to remove all of the mats while preserving her coat, which I really appreciated. He was patient, knowledgeable, and handled my cat with care throughout the grooming process. When he was finished she looked great and, just as importantly, she was calm and didn't seem overly stressed. As a cat owner, that meant a lot to me. The results exceeded my expectations. My cat's coat is soft and healthy again, all of the matting is gone, and he was able to save her beautiful coat without having to shave her into a lion cut. If you're looking for a skilled cat groomer who treats cats with patience and compassion, I would definitely recommend him. I'm very happy with the experience and will absolutely call him for future grooming. He was available within a day or so and was flexible when I had to reschedule.
