But I go for cleanings every 3 months. I have been to 5 cleanings so far with this office and EACH TIME there is a different hygienist doing my cleaning, and most of them I did not feel was a good cleaning. If I wanted to have a different person cleaning my teeth each time, I would go to the DDS school and be a practice for a student. Thats what I felt like each of my cleanings were. Moving here from Palm Beach County Florida and trying to find all new everything from Doctors, to DDS etc was huge. I became concerned after the 3 visit noticing all new people, but now it is the 5th and final time. I have a new DDS lined up already. My old DDS down south I went to for 8 years and only 1 change in hygienists. Not sure why this office has a revolving door of hygienists. Also they billed me for the cleaning AND a $10. PPO ADJUSTMENT? I mailed them a check for the cleaning, but not sure why they are adding on any adjustments. Watch your bills carefully.

As…read morea kid growing up in the 80's like most all kids i was tortured by dentist with bad skills, so i made the mistake of avoiding the dentist as i got older, even then still the pain was off putting, but i must say that i never have had any discomfort with Dr Lee or his staff, He has done some pretty in depth work over the years,and fixed a lot of poor work done by others and the pain or discomfort is non-existent, there maybe a mil a second of pain here and there, but that is it. long gone are the days of having continues eye watering pain for the whole visit. the staff is great and always kind and helpful. i wouldn't want to go anywhere else and feel lucky we have there office here in Jax. The office is nice and clean, the stuff is kind. My Mom needs a new denture, so we were there to do the mold impressions. I asked for a written treatment, they gave us a paper that only says they will do the two dentures with the material and price, doesn't specify how many appointments will take. I do ask if all adjustments are included and they said yes. So will see. Now we will wait until the denture is ready. I think they said 4 to 6 weeks.

He did the 5 minute exam, no cavities or decay but told the assistant he wouldn't do the cleaning, since he recommended a deep cleaning for an out of pocket fee of $195. Same for both kids, no cleaning! What a racket!!
