I am…read moreso happy I made an appointment at Ideal Dental, everyone there was very kind from the moment I arrived. I was asked about my anxiety and what triggers it. Dr Hashim went over my options for treatment and ways we can lessen my discomfort and stress. She explained thoroughly what needed to be done to bring my teeth back to a healthy state, while going over my X-rays. She is very thorough, professional and takes her time explaining. I was given a treatment plan for my deep scale cleanings, filling and crown with detailed itemization and options for payment. The pricing was fair for all I needed to have done and the woman presenting it answered all of my insurance questions. The star of the office for me is Raphael the hygienist, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, felt safe and explained every detail of what he was going to do. He is truly an angel! I was immediately scheduled for my treatment and have already finished phase 1 with phase 2 being completed next week. I highly recommend this location.

By 9:15am, the assistant takes me back to take x-rays. I'm not seen by the dentist until 9:25am just for him to tell me he'll see me next time for a cleaning... I have never had to make separate appointments for exams and cleanings - this should have been done back to back within the same appointment. Both could have been done within the same appointment had the dentist been on time to work. No regard for patient's time.

I came in needing an emergency crown replacement before a big move, and they managed to scan, print, and seal my crown all in ONE day, plus squeeze me in for a cleaning. I was blown away. The clinic is spotless, modern, and welcoming. And they're open on weekends -- yes, Saturday AND Sunday! That kind of flexibility is rare and a huge lifesaver if you're in a pinch. I was looking for dental care near me within network and happened to come across "Tamaya Dental…read moreCare" I've been afraid of dentist since I was young and just stood tall and said to myself "Just go and do it" so while keeping my mind at ease I came in and noticed a comforting waiting area that had refreshments to the back corner right when you enter and when going to the counter on the left I was greeted with smiles and waited maybe about 13-15 minutes (which to me isn't bad at all and from the sounds of it quite a few people were getting taken care of) . I was a new patient and let me tell you from beginning to end the service was spectacular! The fear i had wasn't even there because of how wonderfully I was taken care of and especially the delicate hands of the specialist/dentist, was informed every step on what was going on and what was getting done.
