So sad. I usually love this place and love supporting local businesses. However, their sugar free flavoring is very gross. I have been trying to cut out sugar so I tried the sugar free latte. It was so gross I couldn't even drink it- so I asked them to make me a new one how they regularly would. They charged me for both coffees which obviously ruined my day lol. I tried giving them the first coffee back and they said they couldn't take it back and I would have to pay for the new one. Honestly ridiculous especially when each coffee was $7 a piece. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. read more

Meh! Nothing good, nothing bad. Iced coffee drinks are inconsistent and for the prices being comparable to the "big name" coffee shops I would expect top-notch s as t all times. They have two locations but one is drive-thru only now, that makes it difficult for pastry selection for sure. read more

My favorite local coffee spot in south JOCO. They have a great selection of drinks and snacks. Get there early so you don't miss out on their famous cinnamon rolls. If they end up being out of cinnamon rolls when you get there, the coffee cake is also delicious. Ground house is a great spot to start anyone's morning. read more

Olathe area is lacking in original/ non-chain coffee shops. Thankfully Groundhouse is here to help! My favorite is their Big Ben (I wish Iced was just a menu staple because it's so good! ;) ) My daughter got her first cup from here yesterday (just whipped cream) and she loved it. What a nice little gem off of the interstate. I literally stopped in for a caffeine fix and nothing else. I was tired and headed out of KC, checked my maps for the nearest/convenient espresso-serving joint. I told them I was tired and didn't want anything crazy sweet. The prices here are very low, even for espresso drinks. The inside has a ton of natural light and is simple and clean, making it a good place to study or hangout. They have a decent size patio as well. This location has a drive-thru too, which is nice for if you're on the go. Big fan. The coffee is amazing and the cinnamon rolls are life changing. Worth the stop every time I'm in Gardner.

Excellent coffees! Crepes are delicious. Favorite is the farmhouse. Baristas are all fantastic! Nice space to sit and chat or work.

I casually asked the office if I could do a coffee run... and before I knew it, I had a list of 30 Coffee requests. I called groundhouse to see if I could arrange an order that big. They didn't miss a beat. Coffee came out steaming hot and the blenders were chilly cold. I have no idea how they put it together, labeled everything and delivered it to my car. I was so impressed I wanted to offer a nice tip... the barista mentioned with a blush they they don't accept tips but instead a donation to a non profit could be accepted. Delicious drinks and even better customer service. Well done! read more

Good menu options and very sweet, bright open space. I enjoyed the Big Ben (London Fog and muffin). Friendly and helpful staff. Honestly, also refreshing that there is no pressure to tip and the tips go to a good cause! Super loved the welcoming space. read more

We just moved to Gardner in the past month. And we cannot say enough about how much we love Groundhouse coffee. This coffee place has two locations and Gardner and some of the best service we've ever had and a coffee place. The atmosphere in both places are different. This particular location is much more modern and minimalist. But very nice and very clean. There are places to work on your computer and read and they have free Wi-Fi. Both locations just started serving grab and go lunches. Salads and sandwiches. We recommend ground house if you're ever in the Gardner area. You will not be disappointed read more

groundhouse is genuinely my favorite coffee shop. i definitely spend wayyy too much money here but it's just that good!! they have so many great drinks that you're bound to enjoy at least one of them even if you're not a coffee drinker. i would recommend them to anybody who wanted some great coffee or pastries! read more
