Killing time waiting to meet a friend and tried the Nekohama A1 ceremonial grade Matcha! Perfect for chilling and savoring!
    Sarah H.

Just killing time before meeting with a friend nearby for brunch, so I will have to come back again to really try the menu. But I tried the recently added matcha and sat and sipped it outside while watching the neighborhood wake up. Fun little spot with great personality and lots of fun dogs coming to visit!

Rating: 3.5/5 Stumbled across this place while walking around the boardwalk and got a 16 oz iced vanilla latte with regular milk for around $7. The latte was ok and I didn't really taste the vanilla, but it did its job for my caffeine fix! As for the service, it was great. There was one worker and he was super sweet taking our orders + making them. When you go, just know it's a small space, so don't expect to sit down and drink your coffee inside. Depending on how busy it is or how many workers, you can expect to wait a bit but it's not that long of a wait.

    Not so chai "dirty chai"
    Drew H.

Let me start by saying, I've lived in the neighborhood for more than 30 years. I don't go here often so no real loss for Groundwork. I go here once in a while because it's close to my house. This is the second time I ordered a dirty chai latte. The first time it was pretty good. This morning is was not. All I got was a regular latte with cinnamon. Whole Foods makes a much better dirty chai. I guess I just need to stick to my regular drip black coffee, which I will get at Flake right down the street. The price is a bit much as well, $32.00 for two coffees and two breads... wth?

    The cafe... indoors

Food, Service, cleanliness... all good. Had a decaf iced cashew latte! Dark roast... strong.. enjoyed:) 2 Guys here today are so kind.. knowledgeable and friebdky

    Strawberry matcha

Paid 10 dollars for a matcha with strawberry large , adding strawberry was 2 dollars extra and it was less then 2 oz of strawberry. The employees could not care less to have any sort of good customer service. I get it you are bored but at least greet customers when they walk in.

Spiced chai here was so yummy! Love that they have 3 different sizes to choose from -- as someone who is a bit sensitive to caffeine but still love a good drink, very happy that I was able to get a small and not contribute to any food waste. Drinks ranged from $4.50 to $6.50 for a small 8oz size. Parking is on the street. Large outdoor patio with lots of seating but no outlets outside. Outlets are inside. Free WiFi

B certified great for quick coffee and bfast, lots of outdoor seating for vitamin D. Bfast burrito was solid.

Some of the best coffee in Venice. Mike is the best barista ever! Their nitro cold brew has a cream top and is well balanced.

Creamy coffee drink of Americano, smoky flavor, lovely salted creamy top. It's basically a cream top coffee. Loved the cream. Very well done. Everything mixed together tasted like coffee ice cream. TROPICOQUETA Guava-forward matcha drink. A little bit of fizz. There was an extra mineral taste. Could be from the carbonated water. Matcha was okay. But it didn't shine. It tasted muddled. It wasn't good. I always want to try mango mixed matchas, but this one was a letdown. CUSTOMER SERVICE Friendly service. Greeted as I first walked in and the barista even offered to answer any questions in regards to their menu. She was very easy-going and was not rushing me to order, which was nice. INDOOR + OUTDOOR SEATS Indoor sofas, tables, seats and bar seats. Outdoor tables and seats available. Very relaxed vibe overall. Most of the seats and tables were occupied and most people were there working on their laptops. PARKING There is a parking garage right next to Noun, but it is not free parking. I did not park there. Carpooled so I did not have to find parking, but the parking garage is an option if you're having your drinks to go. But probably best to find street parking.

Here's a polished Yelp review you can post:…read more KC's Crepe Café is truly one of those hidden gems that make Marina del Rey special. Tucked away in Fisherman's Wharf, it's the kind of place you almost want to keep secret -- but it's too good not to share. The coffee is excellent -- smooth, balanced, and clearly made with care. But the real star is the crepes. There's a great variety, from savory to sweet, and everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Whether you're in the mood for something light or indulgent, you'll find an option that hits the spot. What makes the experience even better is the owner. The café is run by a warm and gracious Japanese gentleman who clearly takes pride in his craft. You can feel the attention to detail and hospitality in every order. If you're walking around Marina del Rey and want a relaxed, charming stop for coffee and crepes, KC's is absolutely worth it. Cozy, authentic, and quietly exceptional. I'll definitely be back.

I was helped by a lovely Asian gentleman who took my order with care and kindness, and that attention carried straight through to the food. These people know how to make crêpes -- the real way. Not thick, doughy, pancake-style impostors like so many places serve, but thin, delicate, authentically French crêpes. That thinness matters. It's what makes every bite more flavorful, allowing the fillings to shine instead of being buried under heavy batter. The Nutella crêpe was an experience on its own. Because the crêpe is so thin, the chocolate melts instantly on your tongue. The warmth releases the deep cocoa aroma, coating your mouth in smooth, rich sweetness without ever feeling overwhelming. It's balanced, indulgent, and incredibly satisfying. The breakfast omelette was just as impressive. Savory, well-seasoned, and comforting, with the salt hitting your taste buds first -- waking up your palate -- followed by the richness of the eggs. I added avocado for just $0.50, and it was absolutely worth it. The creamy texture softened the saltiness perfectly, creating a smooth, rounded bite that lingered in the best way. This place understands flavor, texture, and authenticity. When crêpes are made this thin, every ingredient speaks louder, tastes clearer, and feels more intentional. I'll be back -- without hesitation.

I've tried plenty of things on the menu and have never been disappointed. What really sets the Venice location apart, though, is the service and sense of community. The staff recognize people, remember faces, ask how you're doing, and actually talk with you. It feels less like a coffee shop and more like a neighborhood gathering place. One of my favorite things is all the little details you notice over time. They have board games, so you'll randomly look around and think, "Wait... I could play chess here?"
