This place just opened last week. It is on Centinela, just south of Palms. The place looks great. There's a bit of street parking, and a lot in back I had a latte, which was solid. I also tried the Turkey and Cheese sandwich. It was good. It came on a mini baguette which was just right, not too crispy. I look forward to visiting again soon. read more

Had a baguette to go to eat for lunch at work. Wish it had a tab bit more Brie and arugula. Other than that it was good. Luckily I had a garden at work with arugula to put in. The croissants were eaten in house. They didn't toast it or offer to toast it. But it was good. I think what could make this place a 5 star shop is the customer service. The ideas and flavors are brilliant. What creates a magical moment on top of good food is thoughtful service. And it doesn't have to be with so much intention. Mexican mocha was nothing like I've ever tasted. My child loves the hot chocolate. I really like the location and the way the place looks but people really make the vibe. Hope that changes to joy. I really like this place, it's a local spot that you can come to work. The music kind of drowns in the background, not too loud. Specialized drinks are $6-7, they have alternative milks but I forgot to see if they charge extra for it. The specialized drinks are pretty good, espresso shots wake you up but don't give you the jitters. Wasn't sure on the outlets as I was working with a full battery and not doing intensive battery draining work. Staff is really nice and they do dried pasta instead of straws so they're sustainable which is always great to see. Would definitely come again, nice place to get some work done. Chairs aren't as comfortable though so not sure if I would chill here and read though. read more

Ever heard of hair in your coffee? Yeah me neither. I didn't request for protein. Finding a hair that is not yours, swirling in your mouth after taking your first sip is going to make someone gag and not come back. I was too embarrassed to tell the employees it was in my mouth, but I hope management fixes this issue by implementing hats or hair nets. I was hoping I was going to like this place, but the employees need to work on their customer service. No warm welcome when we walked in, just blank stares and no smiles. For a couple months I've had to deal with these drippy lids while driving to work. Luckily I wear dark colors, otherwise I'd show up to the office with a stain on my chest. I love this place! It just opened up down the street and I'm so happy. They have the classic coffee menu with lattes, espresso, etc., as well as a menu of signature drinks which all look incredible. I have tried the rosemary latte and the Green Day (matcha latte with a bunch of other fun ingredients). Highly recommend the rosemary latte. I also tried a sandwich with Brie and arugula - very tasty, felt like I was in France. The ambience is great and the barista (Daryl) is very nice and provides great service. They also have fun coffee-related and California-related gifts. And a fridge full of other beverages like fancy oat milk and juices. Will be going back regularly for sure. read more
