This was amazing - completely exceeded expectations! I booked a Grand Tour (65 mins) to surprise my husband for his birthday. He loved it - we both did. The ride was smooth and with just the two of us and the pilot (Peter), we had incredible views and could ask Peter to circle back to see things again. We saw the fire damage along the Malibu coast and the incredible and heart-breaking damage from the Palisades fire. We also went over downtown LA, Dodger Stadium, Griffith Observatory, the Hollywood Sign and the Greek Theater. Peter was very knowledgeable, pointing out celebrity homes as we went over Encino, Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywod. I could not say enough good things about this trip. Everything was smooth and easy, Claudia reached out prior to our appointment to see if we wanted to move it to catch the sunset due to DST, and asked if we had any special requests; top knotch support. Peter was our pilot, super nice guy; very informative about the area (wonderful guide), showed us around the helicopter, did a little bit of "getting to know you", and made sure we were taken care of. From start to finish, Peter and Claudia provided us with an amazing experience! ​There was ample parking on site and check-in was quick, easy and super friendly. Claudia gave us a few tips, like to​ wear a black hoodie on ​my arms to cut the reflection of the pictures. They even checked the official sunset time and delayed take off by 10 minutes so we'd get the best views. The Helicopter itself was the best I've been in for visuals... There were only 4 seats so everyone had a window view, and the windows were massive. OMG it's easy to see why Group 3 helicopters has five stars from so many people. My girlfriend and I did a one hour tour of the Southland and we were lucky enough to have two tour guides with Peter flying and Claudia doing amazing camera work. At 240 pounds, I am a big guy but the ride was very comfortable thank you to the spacious Robinson helicopter and Peters smooth hand at the controls. Having lived in Southern California for 60 years I thought I'd seen everything, but it's amazing how much more you see from the helicopter, especially over Topanga and Malibu, then flowing southbound over the coast to Marina del Rey. and gliding through the towers at downtown LA. I'm glad my girlfriend finally got to enjoy the front seat but even from the backseat the View is spectacular!
