She really wanted an Alfa Romeo, and this dealership had a car with everything she wanted. First off, the staff was nice, but the saleswoman (Yaeli) was grossly misinformed about the selling process, and she didn't know what she was doing. The finance manager (Steven) helped her out and he was lovely, admittedly. He did his best to help her with the sale, but she messed up so many times that were just ready to get out of there. She tried to drill, yes DRILL, holes in my wife's bumper to add a license place holder. I had to tell her that the car provided a space for that, so she backed off. Another problem was that my wife's DNA system NEVER worked. It was reported to them before we left the lot. Yaeli told us that the part would be ordered, and this problem would be fixed. It's been over 6 months and they have not fixed the DNA knob, in fact, my wife was told that they didn't even order the part. They sold my wife this car and then completely forgot about us. If it were me, I probably would ignore it, but I have to hear about this almost daily. To add a little insult to injury, her electrical system is faulty, and her Bluetooth disconnects all the time. I had to convince her to pick her battles and only focus on the DNA problem for now. The saleswoman (Yaeli) is no longer with the dealership (no surprise at all). I will be looking to change my original review I made with this dealership and will report them to the BBB. After almost losing her life and being thankful she had a reliable car, my wife no has to deal with a car that has problems, and the dealership has done nothing to make this right. I brought my Alfa Romeo Giulia in with a brake/IBS issue. They took the job (credit for that), but…read moreeverything else was a mess: a month of delays while my car sat on the street, a hidden $75 parking ticket, 76 miles put on my car, rude treatment, filthy interior, and a padded "diagnosis" bill that left the brakes locked in service mode. Last straw: they hid the parking ticket until after I'd paid in full. The problem (short): Brake failure/IBS fault. I authorized diagnosis. After their "diagnostic," the car was left in Brake Service Mode with all four wheels locked, making even towing difficult without a full lift. -What I give them credit for (+*) +5* for taking the job at all. Many shops refuse Alfas; they agreed to work on it after I said I'd supply the correct used IBS unit myself. Why this is 1 star (everything below subtracts) Minus 1* Month-long delay & storage on the street They had my keys, yet the car sat outside on the street for over a month instead of on their lot. I had to drive over just to find out where it was. Minus 1* $75 ticket because the car was left on the street I later discovered a $75 parking ticket issued while the car was under their control. Minus 1* 76 miles driven -- way beyond any reasonable test Odometer shows +76 miles after service. That's not a "quick test drive." (See photos.) Minus 1*No fuel after all those miles They returned the car with no fuel added after putting those miles on it. Minus 1* Dirty hands on a light interior + trash left inside My light interior was stained and the car had trash left in it. I then had to pay for interior cleaning. Minus 1* Rude attitude when I asked why my car was on the street When I came to ask what was going on, I was told, essentially, "If you don't like it, take your keys and leave." I couldn't--because they didn't know how to exit service mode on the brakes and refused to fix it. Minus 1* Hiding the ticket They removed the ticket from under the wiper and never told me about it until after I'd paid. That's unacceptable. Costs & quote * $500 up front for "diagnosis." After this, the car was undriveable due to the brakes locked in service mode. * They quoted $5,500 to replace the IBS because "we don't want to deal with this car." * I negotiated $1,500 labor only (I supplied the correct donor IBS--no programming needed). * Add $75 ticket, fuel they used over 76 miles, plus interior detailing I had to pay for. I didn't run to write a review when I noticed the miles, the smell, and the mess inside. I didn't write when I had to pay for cleaning. But learning later that the $75 ticket had been hidden from me was the last straw. Bottom line: They took the job (+), but the way they handled my car and treated me erased any goodwill. One star. Do better.

I wanted him to extend exhaust hangers on a muffler and slightly bend a muffler pipe by maybe 5 degrees. he said he wanted to mount the new muffler to the car to get the right fitment. I specifically told him I wanted to be able to switch my mufflers out so DO NOT weld the muffler in place. I come back 1.5hrs later and he hasn't extended the exhaust hanger, hasnt bent the muffler pipe and has welded the muffler in place. They didn't do the two modifications I wanted, and they did the one think I specifically told them no to do. They also disconnected the chassis brace that connects the frame to the subframe because they way they welded it now rattles on the brace (this is a safety issue). previously I was able to adjust this so it did t rattle, but because they welded it, it's no longer adjustable. Now I'm worse off than when I started before dealing with Eddie. I spoke with Eddie explaining how he did none of what I wanted and specifically did what I didn't want him to do. I asked for my money back and Eddie wasnt having none of that. This was 100% a rip off where Eddie cut corners, and did what he thought was easiest and fastest rather than what I told him and paid him to do. This is not an honest auto repair business and I would not trust them to work on my car at all.
