Bevan provided an accurate quote in a timely manner and was responsive in executing the work. I was really impressed with the speed and thoroughness of their work. After the concrete was broken up by another contractor the exposed root that caused the damage was revealed. It was massive, approximately 8-12" diameter. After cutting down the trees, they used a stump grinder to grind down the stumps and then manually broke up the root and removed it. This was all done it two days. One day cutting down the trees and the next grinding the stumps and removing the roots. I hope to have them back later to do some landscaping to beautify my small back yard.

Design- Our design excellently blends into our overall property and it really elevates our smallish yard. For our requests to revise or samples of material, Tony worked hard to ensure we had many options that would work with our vision. During certain points we just followed Tony's advice. Execution- A great design needs to be executed by the right workers and NOVA LC certainly does have amazing workers. The workers carried out the design better than the design on paper. We had a specific diagonal pattern on our patio and the workers laid out the pieces multiple times to ensure the design was right. Tony also visited the worksite daily, sometimes multiple times in a day to ensure progress. When things was rescheduled, Tony or his project manager kept us posted on when things will happen. The workers are always courteous and kept the job site pretty organized and clean; they minimized the impact on us living there. Price- NOVA LC is definitely a great value. If you are looking for the lowest price then this company is not for you. If you are looking for something that lasts a long time and stays high quality then definitely give them a call. Bad mistake! They ended up messing up my yard and I had to fire them. Kyle (the owner) reached back out to me at the perfect time and we decided to move forward. He was quick with responses and had reasonable, competitive prices. He had his crew finish up and add more things that the landscapers before did not finish. I asked them to put in a garden style patio, while adding mulch to the surrounding areas. The backyard is completely transformed and I can't wait to sit out there and enjoy it. The crew arrived on time every morning and worked hard everyday to finish up as much as they could. We will have to pay to have the tree cut down and the stump removed. Not to mention that will make our front yard unsightly. Also, when adding compost to our lawn at the end of summer, their crew added the compost so thick that it actually killed the grass in many areas. We now how many bare patches in our lawn. Then, LawnBoy did our fall cleanup when 90% of the leaves were on the trees. So, now after my husband and I have paid 2k+ for their services, we have a dying tree, a lawn with many bare spots and a yard full of leaves that we cleaned up ourselves. Don't waste your time or money with this company because they will not try to make it right when they do wrong.

When they did the foundation for our front steps they went down so far, to the original house foundation below the basement, to ensure our beautiful new steps and patio don't crack. They didn't hesitate to redo the stairs halfway through when after the new foundation, the starting point wasn't the previous height so to keep the original number of stairs, the stairs would be awkwardly high.
