When you leave messages with the front desk, you have a 25% chance that you may reach your doctor. Doctor either doesn't get the messages or doesn't return your calls. This is a MEDICAL facility. Your information, PII, and PHI should be protected. Especially from an auditors standpoint, and this will also be reported. Unsanitary, security risk, and absolutely abhorrent staff. So needless to say my appointment was canceled and I can no longer get medication for depression, anxiety, etc. I understand that they have a job to do and they need to collect the money. They have lost their compassion annd empathy for people who are going through troubles during this difficult time in our economy. I asked the person answering the phone to please check with the office manager and get back with me to let me know if she's willing to make any arrangements. I never got a phone call. I called back again tried to make more arrangements was told my appointment was canceled. I asked again if they could please speak with the manager give me a call back to see if there is anything we can do to work this out! No return call! I called and asked if they could get a message to the doctor because coming off of this medicine can be dangerous. I was told I'd get a return call back. Once again, no call back. It is not OK to treat people this way. I have no access to getting my prescriptions. I'm surprised there's not a law against this. I normally don't write bad reviews, but they left me no choice. We also loved the exercises that she gave us to take what we learn in sessions and apply them, in practice, at home.
