I've only been here once and it was amazing. We got the Combo 3 with king crab and an extra pound of head off shrimp with the Cajun seasoning. I'm beyond frustrated with my experience and the complete lack of accountability from this business. I ordered 1 lb of mussels and 1 lb of king crab through DoorDash, expecting exactly what I paid for. When the order arrived, it immediately looked off. There was no way it was the correct portion. So I did what anyone would do when something doesn't feel right, I put it on a food scale. Sure enough, the total weight came out to about 1 lb combined, meaning I only received roughly half a pound of each instead of a full pound. That's not a small mistake, that's a 50% short on both items. To make it clear, I even took pictures of the food on the scale and sent them to both DoorDash and the restaurant as proof. I contacted DoorDash first, and they pushed the responsibility back to the restaurant, saying Bag O Crab controls their own portions. Fair enough. So I reached out to Bag O Crab directly, expecting them to take responsibility for what is clearly their error. Instead, they refused to do anything at all. No refund, no replacement, nothing. Their excuse was that the order was placed through DoorDash, so they couldn't help. That's unacceptable. The issue isn't where I ordered from, it's that I paid your business for a specific amount of food and didn't receive it. Even after I tried to meet them halfway and asked for store credit instead of a refund, they still refused to make it right. This is exactly how you lose customers. Not just because of the mistake, but because of how you handle it. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for your customers. I won't be ordering from here again, and I'd strongly caution others to double-check what they're getting, because if something is wrong, don't expect any help. read more

First time! My friend loves sea food boil and wanted to eat here. I'm not a fan of seafood but wanted to try! The inside is pretty clean and I was surprised with the table covers lol. The waitress was nice and I showed her some images I found online and let her know it was my first time. I showed her two options and asked for her opinion and she suggested the Louisiana chicken plate! My plate was very simple and something I know I could get anywhere. Service was great! King crab legs are tiny here compared to other local spots, the flavor is there but it just makes u crave more meat since you sometimes badly get a tiny bite. What I came here to write about is the bathroom!!!! I will never understand how a busy establishment like this one doesnt have properly cleaned restrooms! It was giving gas station bathroom that makes you question if you can just hold your fluids until you get back home. The food was absolutely flavorful than the other seafood places . Its served warm with a bag then you dump it on a silver pan . They have the gloves and bibs for you as well . The lemon pepper fries were good and not over seasoned. They hand you the salt and pepper and lemons too . The servers check on you so often and dont ignore you . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They charged me 65$ for 4 king crab legs. "A pound" they said. and on the menu it did not say the price. Like they know it's really expensive for 4 skinny legs of king crab. The waiter did not even tell us. We also ordered 2 extra hard boiled eggs and we did not get them. We told another waiter that we didn't get them. Since the original wasn't even coming over only twice. The original waiter then brought them to our table and didn't say a word. Did not even look at us and quickly set it on the corner of our table. I had the WORST experience here. My family and I came to eat here, we were a pretty big party. Our server Miranda had the worst attitude. She definitely did not want to be there let alone serve our party and keep in mind we are paying a service fee because of how big our party was so the least she could do is show decent customer service. She dropped off some food to us that wasn't ours, we didn't realize no one had ordered it until later. Because of her mistake, she made us pay for it. She argued back and forth with us that because we ate it, we had to pay for it even though she was the one who messed up and brought it to our table. She was NOT nice AT ALL and we wouldn't have had a problem paying for it if she didn't have such a BAD attitude! One of my family members ended up paying for it anyway after some back and forth but that's ridiculous. That was the worst service we have ever received at this restaurant and no other staff member was helpful either. We will not be returning until they train their staff properly. The oysters were surprisingly the best aspect of this seafood boil restaurant. There was a waitlist during dinner time but the tables were cleared quickly. We were 6th in line and it took 20 minutes for us to be seated. Each table was covered and prepped with gloves, plastic utensils and bibs. Food came out very fast but service was minimal after the first round. They had an ongoing happy hour deal for $1 oysters from 4-7 PM on weekdays. *Oysters: plump and cleaned well. Served with hot sauce and lemon slices. They were sweet, creamy and fresh. *Combo 1: we chose 1 pound of clams and crawfish each and the combo came with 2 corn, 2 potatoes, and 4 sausages. We selected the atomic sauce at mild spice. The sauce was heavier on the butter and garlic and I would have preferred heavier applications of paprika and cayenne. The clams had slight sweetness and they carried the sauce the best. The frozen crawfish was on the tougher side and the seasoning hadn't seeped in at all. I would choose a different protein next time given the blandness. The corn and potatoes were sweet and cooked well. I was hoping for a better snap on the sausage but the meat itself was seasoned well. *Ice Cream: redeemed this for free with Yelp check in. They had strawberry and vanilla and each serving came with 3 scoops. This was a bit freezer burnt. The service was minimal but the food was delivered efficiently. This is one of my favorite seafood boil places in town! The amount of food you get is well worth the price! When we go, we usually get all the sauces mixed together, I think it's the atomic sauce! The service is usually very quick. They can get really busy but you can put your name down and wait in your car or even go shopping at the stores nearby while you wait for a text that the table is ready. Despite how busy this place can be, they do a great job keeping it nice and clean! It can get a little loud but again, it's pretty busy. It's also not the biggest space either. read more
