The chips are not homemade, but still salty and simple. The guacamole could use a little seasoning, but it's chunky and refreshing. Menu also offers tacos with shrimp and a black power taco, which is a vegan taco made with black beans. Overall this food truck has a lot of potential. I do think things could be improved, however. Whenever we order, we always wait at least 25-30 minutes. That in itself isn't the issue--it's more due to the fact several people will come up after we've ordered, get their orders, and leave, while we are still waiting. The hostess was truly wonderful. Service as meh, our waiter unfortunately seemed super annoyed with us. About halfway through, someone kept coming by to clear our plates even though we were still eating. It almost was stressful that she came up probably ten times in such a short period to clear our plates. The food took about 30 minutes to come out. The Cesar salad was phenomenal, charred and grilled with a light dressing. The pan seared chicken and the salmon were both delicious. We ordered a chocolate chip banana bread pudding for desert and it was out of this world amazing. I think we would pass on the buffalo dip in th future, but the foccacia bread was really good with a butter compote. We will for sure be back! I hope the service will be better next time we go!

The toasted sourdough was toasted and seasoned to perfection. The melted cheeses (yes, cheeses) blended well with the fresh ground beef patties (yes, patties) that were also perfectly seasoned. My wife had the No Cap Wrap which was a chicken wrap that she said was also delicious. Half of that came home because she couldn't eat it all. It was a casual atmosphere and the waitress was very friendly. We WILL be returning!!!!
