After a few weeks of pool maintenance, we ended up choosing to replace our old dying pump and Priest did a great job helping us find one that would work with our pool size without trying to upsale or sell us a pump that was out of our price range or unneeded. The actual service guys were amazing as well! On our first service call (pre new pump) Mark was so great at explaining the system to a first timer and helped us do maintenance on what we had... and then when we actually got the new pump he helped install and explain the new equipment (thanks Cody too for the installation). Later, when a minor issue arose after the installation (that wasn't there initially but was because installing the new pump fixed that area and then put pressure on another area) he was super quick to follow up and work with us to make sure our system was at 100%. I appreciate all the communication and work the team did and will continue to go to this location for my future pool needs!
