Tanya helped me and the very first thing she did was comment on my weight. Then we're doing the code reading and she's trying to get me to take the reader and plug it in myself? That is AutoZone's property and as a customer I feel that I shouldnt be in possession of that... And she's getting frustrated with me as I'm trying to tell her I don't know where to plug it in, let alone how the machine works​​​​​​​​. She proceeds to get on the ground, making all kinds of rude comments, and she is also unable to find the plug for the reader. I'm trying to make light of the situation and I say "yeah haha they make it hard with my car- especially since the battery is in the trunk" and she says "well why the fuck​ didn't you take it to the dealershp then"​​​​​ sorry??? This is a free service you offer, why would I go to the dealership and have to pay $200 for it? Then it's time to read the battery, and as I've already told her, ​it's in the trunk. Tanya stands at the front of the car and when I remind her it's in the trunk, she just goes " oh.. oh no... this proposes a problem then" and I said "no it doesn't, I've been told before that you guys can't CHANGE the battery if it's in the trunk as per a new policy, but that you can read it's percentage still. I'm not getting a battery, this one is 3 months old." shes hesitant but she hooks it up and it doesnt read. she says "pop well thats an issue" but all she had to do was switch it to AGM and my battery read at 86%.​​ Then she told me "cars sometimes just dont want to work​​​​, just like her, but she goes to work anyway"... All my codes came back okay, but I got no further help than that as opposed to why my car isn't starting when I turn the key. this is not the first time Ive been met with a rude attitude either and I do not feel welcomed in their store if the employees are going to make unnecessary comments about my weight and curse at me.​​​​​​​​

These people are very customer service driven and provide "top notch" repairs! I had an appointment within days. Thank you Kat! The work was done while we waited. Lindsay in the office was headed into town and very kindly offered to get us anything "to make our stay here more comfortable." Who does that nowadays? Top Notch Repairs does! The workmanship is excellent and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend this business.

    I brought my 2010 Fleetwood Revolution 42T to Top Notch Repairs. I was greeted in the office and…read moreasked what we can help you with. (a very pleasant young lady that is the service adviser). I explained what was going on with my coach. we went out to show her my problem. Both tag axles shown oil leakage. We return to the office and was offered anything to drink. She left the office and got a tech to look at my coach's issue. The tech removed both hub caps and found both Hub Oil Reservoirs "Over Serviced". He drained both reservoirs to the proper level and found both the Hub Reservoir's Nuts loose. He re-tq'ed both Hub Reservoir Nuts, cleaned the Hub Caps and area of the oil leakage and returned my coach fixed. Lesson learned from this; i had my tires replaced last year and i found out by other Tag axle owners that most tire shops techs will service the Tag Axle Reservoir hubs and always "Overservice them". In the meantime, i discovered that my wallet was lost, so I thought! I and the young lady looked everywhere. I got ahold of my wife and had her look at home, well, i left home without it. Both the service adviser and the owner were very gracious, polite and were convince that i must have left it home. I did as my wife confirmed. Anyways, i highly recommend Top Notch for RV repairs. they specialize in big trucks, RV's and diesel motors. BTW, i spent more time looking for my wallet, than the tech took to repair my coach.
