Great customer service. I ordered a burrito, it was mid size, for $10, not bad. It came with white rice and beans and lengua (cow tounge). It was a little too much rice and beans but the lengua and was to die for, so juicy and tender and overall good flavor. If you ever grab lengua make sure to do lime first, salt and then salsa and omg, so good. I also grabbed two lengua tacos and one chicken taco. These were regular size which comes with double tortilla. It was some of the best lengua I've had in Pensacola next to mamas tacos (the lengua one). Good vibes, good outdoor seating. Horchata was really good too, 32oz for $4.50. read more

Guadalupe Tex-Mex Kitchen is a food truck parked on the property of independent gas station/convenience store. Both the gas station and the food truck would not warrant a second look, however not looking at this and not noticing it, you might miss out on a pretty good meal. Service is fast, friendly, personable and was definitely appreciated. I opted for a chicken bowl and I feel that it was a bit high in price, but not exorbitantly so,but it was very good. They have a small outdoor seating area, but it was a chilly day, especially for Florida (in the low forties) so I ate in my car. I would return again, the food is good, service is fast and friendly and overall it was a good experience. read more

This is a short review of their new shop on Pine Forest Rd. next to the gas station, across from the cemetery. They opened a few days ago and did an excellent job making a nice patio area with shaded seating etc. The food is excellent and far far better than you will find at any brick and mortar place this side of the Mississippi river. I think their young cook wants to fight me but the food is so good that I have forgone any worry of his taint. read more

One word! DELICIOUS!! If you guys haven't tried this little food truck now is the time! It's located on Fairfield dr and it's in the parking lot of a convenient store. Very unassuming but trust me when I say that you're missing out if you don't stop!! I had a lengua quesadilla (huge) for $3 and 3 lengua tacos. I also had a side of beans and rice $1.50! My wife had the burrito "bowl" which is basically the filling of a burrito...in a bowl. There was literally too much food to eat for only $22! Give this spot a try!! This is a taco truck parked next to an independent gas station. The truck looks a little beat but what the heck...it's the food that I'm here for. Tried the 3 Amigos Taco...carne...$5. So these are street taco size. But here, you don't get the typical double shell. The shredded beef was a bit lacking in flavor however, adding the hot sauce and a squeeze of lime made a huge difference. But still not as good as those in California. Workers were really cool and nice. There's not much of a parking lot to speak of. No objections to eating off this truck again. read more

Great little food truck. Mr. Roberto is always very nice and the food is the real deal. I like the 3 amigos carnitas tacos, very flavorful and just the right amount for lunch. Tamales are also very good. My favorite is the asada burrito. I get it without rice because I don't really care for rice in a burrito, but the asada, guacamole and beans are spot on. Do yourself a favor and stop by. There are quite a few open air taco trucks around here that are good, but this one is in my top 3. read more

Owner us friendly and will take care of you. This truck is so . Great hidden gem on the Westside. You should be going 2x a week for lunch. Tacos are some of the best in town. Highly underrated, this place needs more attention. Because man the flavors are all there, and the portion size is freaking awesome. This is a great Mexican taqueria food truck in Pensacola off Fairfield! First time there today and we enjoyed a chicken bowl regular size with rice, beans, two sauces, and sour cream (8.00), and an Asada taco (2.50). Fresh food, very delicious, and friendly staff. This was amazing! 8 of us coworkers at the Health Department ordered for our training day today (called and made the order a few days before) They set up a nice menu "buffet" style of their chicken, beef and steak, queso fresco, chips, cilantro, onions, limes, sliced, beans and rice, fresh guacamole, and even plates, plastic wear and when we picked it up, all ready for us in nice plastic containers and the chips and corn shells in aluminum foil container. All of us are very satisfied, thinks it is authentic, great prices and great customer service! A few of the gentleman have a hard time with English not a bad thing just letting you know ( we had a Hispanic women at our work help order) They can get the gist of what you want just be patient :) But thanks again for our bigger order, being timely about it and being so kind! read more

Not bad for a little dingy parking lot food truck. Always see this spot on my way home, so I finally gave in one night even though there wasn't a lot of reviews. A cop pulled up and parked right next to me so I was nervous for a sec until I realized he came for the food as well. He recommended the burrito bowl since he always get it, about once a week he claimed. He ordered two on this occasion for dinner so I took his recommendation and did the same. The food was decent, my only gripe was that the carne asada was more like slow cooked beef roast than actual carne asada. It was tender and well seasoned but not what I wanted when I ordered carne asada. I asked for the salsa verde but instead got two red spicy salsa, they must have forgot. So be sure to check your bag before leaving! All in all the wait wasn't long, there were some sketchy folks hanging outside the connivence store.
