She's from Pampanga, the Philippines' culinary capital known for flavorful and yummy dishes. Place is small but perfect for take outs and catering. There are some grocery items also available. The scoop of ice cream was so nominal it melted before I could throughly enjoy it. Overall, not worth the hefty price tag. But I had to try it to find out. Their Tres Leches has good components of a good Tres Leches: moist cake soaked in milk with a creamy whipped cream on top. However, the milk did not appear to be evenly absorbed across my portion of cake, as some sections remained without any milk. The cake also seemed to be the only thing ube flavored, so overall the ube flavor was lacking. The cake in general was yummy, but was not my favorite as an ube tres leches. Their desserts overall look great and their custom cakes are super cute! I hope to try other items in the future.
