Friendly service and very good prices. They make fried chicken and crispy pata made to order .

They look crispy but they weren't.

I ordered 300 lumpias for a party, they were delicious but I wish she wouldn't of covered them right after frying cause they got soggy when I got to the event and uncovered the other 2 trays. They still got eaten, but I'd say just leave them uncovered next time.

Definitely will come back for the crispy pata or to try the lechon kawali. Crispy pata was good but I feel the skin could have been a little crispier. No big deal because you can simply throw it in the oven to toast it up a bit more. Looking forward to try the Lechon Kawali!

Anyway, yes this mart is ***fantastic*** if you're looking for hard-to-find Asian food goodies. This mart advertises the ability of customers to request specific items to be sold here, and the owners evidently are receptive to such requests (I mean, there's a freezer corner just dedicated to fruit-shaped ice cream lol). Also, I appreciate that interior-wise it's just an old-school bodega-style mart lol nothing overly trendy like j-pop/k-pop blaring in the store. Good shopping experience for me. :p No fuss with lot parking at all when I visited on an early afternoon Sunday.

Most recently, we had a 10% off coupon that stated in large writing it expired in 7 days, only to be told there was a different expiration date hidden in much smaller print. We were only a few hours past the cutoff, and instead of offering any understanding or trying to help, the staff argued about it. Most companies with decent customer service would honor something like that. As someone with 15+ years in customer service, it's disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential fall so short in this area. The staff comes across as cold, monotone, and uninterested in helping customers. To make matters worse, there seems to be little to no manager or lead support available to assist with bigger issues. Unfortunately, the customer service here has been a zero every time I've visited.

Terrible Customer Service and Very Poor Online Ordering Experience…read more My first order was supposed to arrive at 6:00 PM, but I didn't receive it until 7:30 PM--1.5 hours late. When I called to ask about my order, the manager initially said they couldn't find it in their system. After about 10-15 minutes, they finally realized that my delivery had never been booked. What was most disappointing was that instead of simply apologizing for the mistake and the delay, the manager was extremely rude and had a very unprofessional attitude toward me as a customer. I gave them another chance and placed a second order, but I had another issue with the payment. I was initially charged $49, which was showing as pending on my account. I was then told that my card was declined and that they needed to charge me another $24. I explained that the $49 was already pending and that the final order amount was only $24 because some items were unavailable. Instead of properly adjusting the original charge, they wanted to charge me another $24. When I questioned this, the manager became even more rude and was shouting at me. Mistakes can happen, but how you treat your customers when mistakes happen matters. A simple apology and professional communication would have made a huge difference. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend ordering online from this location.

This was my first time getting food from the food court inside this market. When you walk in and head to the left, there's a food court area with a variety of foods that you can order to eat there or take to go. For this visit, I kept it simple and ordered a carne asada burrito and a few street tacos. One thing I noticed right away is that they also offer family-sized meals and portions, which is a nice option if you're feeding a group. They make the food front of you and the ladies working behind the counter were really nice and provided good customer service. The only slightly confusing part was the ordering area. There's a sign that says "Pick Up Here," but it wasn't completely clear if that was also where you place your order. Once I figured everything out, though, the process was easy. Now to the important part, the food! The burrito and tacos were both good with no complaints. I ordered carne asada, and they definitely weren't stingy with the meat. I got a really good portion in my burrito and on my tacos, which I appreciated. The street tacos were also a great value at only $2.50 each. Nowadays, I usually see street tacos going for around $3-$4 or more, so $2.50 with a good amount of carne asada felt like a deal. Before ordering my food, I walked around the market for a little bit. I liked seeing the selection of fresh salsa and hot sauces, along with a nice assortment of cheeses and tortillas. They even had those super-large tortillas, which immediately caught my attention because they're perfect for making big quesadillas at home. I'll definitely be coming back, especially for another burrito. The search for Vallejo's best burrito continues!

Someone in the group mentioned which brand to get, but I could only see a tiny bottle that said Ayran. They had bigger sizes, but it said yogurt instead. The staff member was happy to help, and confirmed it's Ayran and mentioned there's a mint one as well. I also spotted a variety of Labne, and he shared with me which one was his favorite of that as well. The store is petite, but was quite busy with people. There were numerous things I wanted to try, but I had a fussy baby in tow, so we had to get home. I will most definitely be back and can't wait to try more! The store was clean, had a wide variety of products, plus everything was well in date (sometimes, with international stores, you find that the products have expired or are close to expiration, but this was not the case here, at least in the dairy products I was looking at). I'll be back!
