Miguel is honest, great to deal with and a pro! He arrived on time, checked out our situation and absolutely did NOT try to oversell me on anything!! (As others had.) He said we could replace our outside compressor & fan unit, and the existing furnace & condenser coils we had in the basement (all part of a central HVAC system) should be fine, they were in good shape. He assured he would test the entire system to check for leaks, make sure the new refrigerant was maintaining the proper pressure--and he gave us an EXCELLENT price for a new unit and installation. (Waay less than the other quotes.) A few days later, his team arrived with a brand new 30-ton highly-rated Goodman outside condenser, seamlessly installed it, and returned the next day to insure the system was working perfectly. While we haven't had any hot days (yet), on a test run the system was very quietly blowing plenty of cold air! I can not get them to call me back now. I feel they need to speak to their contractor who made the mistake. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
