I was not able to make it, so they sent detailed pictures with a phone call afterwards with a detailed explanation of what I was looking at, why it failed, including options for repair. As a "motorhead" myself, everything he described in detail was concise, accurate, and no misleading information was given. My wife and I could not ask for any more. He even gave me knowledgeable recommendations for the best battery to buy for my vehicle, and he was *on-point* because it was the same brand I bought after researching with glowing reviews (Interstate).
